This is a Great company! They were super fast to respond and were very polite and efficient. I have never seen guys work so hard and put so much effort into everything. Before they did any work the put plastic all over the floors and built a containment so even though they had to take out the walls it was like they didn’t even make a mess since they were so organized. They dealt with my insurance company for me so I didn’t have to go through the hassle. They made the tragedy of a water damage a very pleasant experience!

I woke up to discover a water heater that had been slowly leaking and finally blew. My (fantastic — rated here) plumbers, LA Affordable who were coming out to do some work immediately did the replacement (cannot say enough about these guys) and I called Puroclean to come see if there was mold damage. While I’m not disputing there may have been damage, I have also never disliked someone who came to give an estimate more — and that’s saying a lot — I’ve lived in and been improving my home for 15 years. This guy barely looked at what was going on, saw that I’d just had repair and started trying a big fear approach to close the deal. Everything he said may have been true, but his whole tone was one that reeked of exploiting the situation. I got the water heater repaired immediately; if there was seriously a threat from mold, 24 hours was not going to make a difference, but it was obvious this jerk wanted to make a sale and use the moment to close the deal. I showed him the door within three minutes of his arrival. This is not who to call when you think you have an emergency — they will try to scare you into a sale. Stay away.
Addenda, August 2012: Having had the house painted and inspected for mold damage, it turned out there was no damage whatsoever. These people totally lied to me. PLEASE BE FOREWARNED.
