Quicksilver Printing & Graphics

I had some magnets to be made of Frankenstein and 3 lines of lettering. Anthony sent me a email of a great layout. I wrote back saying I really liked it and I would like to see the proof in person to officially sign off on the job. It looked just like Anthony’s artwork, really great. I spoke and emailed it should be rectangle 4×5 because the picture is rectangle, just keep the shape the same. Well, the job comes back on a tuesday and the event was saturday. When I picked them up I noticed something looked different, but I checked it out when I got back home. The magnet was 5×5!!! Sure enough I was right it didn’t look like Anthony’s email. It was nice looking but not the same as his artwork!!! I emailed back saying check the proof and it did NOT look like Anthony’s artwork. The lettering almost ran through the top edge of the silver hardware on top of Frankenstein’s head. That really caught my eye!!! I also said I would never order from them again. Tooooooo many people from start to finish. ALSO in the beginning I had to call them back just to get a QUOTE!!! Nobody was calling me back to tell me what the cost would be!!! NOBODY responded back of my complaint that somebody changed Anthony’s great artwork!!! What am I CHOPPED LIVER??? My proof meant nothing to them??? Don’t waste your time with them EVER!!!

Nov. 18, 2015: I am glad that Ava called to explain where the mess-​ups happened. She did give me a discount for the changes made on the magnet. All the magnet printers had to do was keep the lettering from running through the head of Frankenstein. They were not capable of doing that. I could live with 5×5, but NOT where the letters were placed! I appreciate the discount very much, but I hope that magnet company will never be used again, EVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN!!!
