I can only talk about ordering on line. The customer service is horrible. Orders are not shipped very quickly and to get a response from customer service takes many days, if your lucky enough to get one at all. I would really think twice about ordering from them again. Very unresponsive to telephone calls and emails.

Contacted Allyn and Brendan regarding a custom subwoofer install and eventually visited their installation bay in Chatsworth. Have to admit, was a bit star struck at first due to all their installation and Q&A videos on YouTube. Long story short, I dropped my car off 12÷16÷15 and picked it up 12÷18÷15. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The project looks and sounds amazing. Installation included; a custom box fitted with a false wall, starring 2 x JL Audio 10W3v3−4s and a JL Audio HD1200/1 Mono Amp w/HD-RLC Bass knob. They fit everything into a tight space allowing the majority of my trunk space to remain. Job well done guys, thanks.

They have the worst customer service. I have ordered my earbud, not shipped for three days now. on the website, it says it ships on same day, arriving next day. complete bullshit. it says«processing» on the bottom of the status description, it says, «Please contact us if you have out of stock items or your order remains in „processing“ on the second business day. You may call 661−257−9993 or email .» every time i called them, they say it is shipping on that day. Obviously lie. they even seem bothered that they have to explain. they asked me to pay for shipping fee, if i want the product on estimated time. Today, they even canceled my order, saying i requested refund. the customer service is absolutely zero interest to assist customer, rather than keep saying it is shipping. then just CANCEL it. I hope their manager sees this. you seriously need to reconstruct your whole team. i admit you guys keep good deals on electronics, but seriously don’t over marketing about your customer service. Because it needs improvements. P.S by the way, i was waiting on the line for 10−15mins, and when i got connected, i could clearly hearing office chatting & laughing. not seem busy.

Nathaniel and Allyn are Awesome! They always take care of me! Sonic Electronix is an honest and trustworthy family owned company! The NVX series is on par with the highest end equipment out there! Their prices are phenomenal and their services is even better!!! I love my sound system for my Mazda3 and my loves her system in her Rav4. I’ve been purchasing from Sonic for years! I’m a customer for life! Will always recommend to anyone!

This review mainly is for the installation bay, i went in on a thursday to get a box built for my subwoofers, after the one i had owned before was broken. I talked to the head installer Brendan over email, he was quick to respond, and then i went in to go over what i wanted to get done. They built the sub box with a false wall, including a compartment for storage in my trunk and imprinted the logo of my car on the box. Not only was it what i asked for, but they went above and beyond making everything near perfection. Not only does it look amazing but he made sure to go back in and make sure the other components of my sound system to make sure it sounded as good as it looks. For any needs with installation or purchases, i couldn’t recommend anybody better then the guys at sonic electronix.

I was very impressed with Sonic Electronix. They installed a new stereo in my Lexus for less than a third of what I was quoted at all the other audio«experts» in the Valley. They also did the install in half the time I was quoted which was appreciated. Customer service was excellent and deserves a mention as well and I got a great walk-through on all the ins and outs of my new system once it was installed. Where other audio shops failed me was their lack of experience with Lexus. For my install I needed a harness to communicate with the steering wheel controls; other shops quoted five hundred dollars for it and told me there’d be a five week wait. My entire system and install cost less than that at Sonic; they had the same harness for fifty bucks and no wait. I got the same stereo for a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere and the install was more than reasonably priced. Sonic’s installers were friendly, none of the cooler than thou attitude that is redolent at other audio shops and the facility was impressive, clean and comfortable; really, nothing like other audio shops. They even offered me lunch while I waited which was above and beyond. I would recommend Sonic Electronix to anyone looking to replace their Lexus factory system, or any other premium, factory audio system. They are fast, efficient, experienced, better-priced, friendly and you will be very comfortable with the customer service you receive. Thank you Sonic.

Omg! I love this place!!! I had been shopping around for stereos online and locally and found this place. They had the lowest price online so I looked up their location and they were local, yay! Called for an appt to get my car stereo system put in and they said to come by anytime. First of all, they actually had stereo systems displayed, not like some of the other places I visited. The guys don’t work on commission so they’re not going to try to up sale you. I also went in to get a keyless remote installed and not only did they do that but they fixed my back door with just charging parts! Another place was going to charge me a lot more to do the same without even looking to see what was wrong with it! I’m so happy with my bluetooth stereo!!! A friend recently asked about my stereo so I’m sure he’ll check them out. Hope you do too!

This is seriously one of the worst«customer service» experiences I have ever had. I purchased a low end Amp from them for $ 130 in May of 2014. At first it was awesome! Hits hard, produces solid frequencies, I loved it for the price you truly couldn’t beat it. Then the issues began. The remote control that comes with it went out within 2 months, the amp within 4. The amp began to randomly shut off and come on, and eventually it would not turn back on at all. I contacted Sonic Electronic who replaced it(September 2014), to note I had to pay for shipping, on a DEFECTIVE product that was being warrantied out. I had my car audio cables professionally installed and checked after the first time the Amp blew, there where no issues and everything tested out normally. Now less that a year after the first replacement it has once again started having issues. I contacted Sonic Electronix who gave me grief about it being 2MONTHS out of warranty(dated from the original date of purchase mind you, not the replacement date) and they have basically told me there is nothing they can do, and they are unable to replace it. Then they refer me to the«customer service» line for the manufacture. This is a joke. It goes to some voicemail, and their online email forum was garbage. I contacted them 2 weeks ago, still nothing. This is EXTREMELYPOOR customer service on behalf of Sonic Electronix, and I am exceptionally displeased by both the service, and parts. I will be taking all of my business elsewhere from now on.

This is a review for the instalation department. I had my Subaru Impreza’s stereo with coins inside and they took it out, took the coins out and then put it back in a wimp. I had a friend try taking them out before and he couldn’t so I came to this place and they explained to us that it was because there was a part that needed to be disassembled to be able to take it out, and they were so honest from the beginning explaining to us why we couldn’t take it off and we could’ve done the work ourselves, but since they were so honest about it and fair about the price we got the feeling that this was the place, and I wasn’t wrong, they were very professional and they even left my stereo sound better. I was chatting with Lucas and Allyn and they were super helpful with other issues I had. Very nice guys run this place! It was a pleasure! Thanks!
