One of their caregiver’s cars leaked oil on my driveway three times before I discovered it. When I asked the company to clean it up they declined stating they had asked the c/​g if their cars leaked oil and they stated their cars did not. Two days after I asked to speak with the owner about the issue, they called me stating the could no longer provide services due to a «conflict of interest». And this was a three PM the day before they were scheduled to come to the house.

IT has been a week since they told me they would have someone here the next day!
and still no one is still showing up as they are trying to find someone.
I told them my hours are flexible etc. so I do not know what the hold up could be unless they just simply do not have the ability to provide the help for in home care.
OH they text you in the late hours of the night asking to please confirm when you reply you answer they do not even reply back to confirm the spotty appointment times they are trying to help you with. (by help I mean lack of help)
