Xplode Training Center

Trained this morning with my long time friend Byron! Xplode is a great facility! They have everything to make you a better athlete!

Been here 4 years and the classes great. Sports training for the professional athlete seems to really be popular as well. Kids bootcamp starting up and my son who hates everything is asking when next class is.
Level here of classes is improving and is great.

XPLODE is indeed a TRAINING CENTER more so than just a GYM.
It’s fully loaded with everything you want and need to get fit and stay in shape.
It seems to be designed with the elite athlete in mind, and has stuff that typical gyms may not offer.
It’s worth checking out and the staff n’ trainers are amongst the elite in their profession.

Variety of classes! I mostly have Troy as my trainer on Mon & Wed nights, Tommy on Saturday mornings. I have been going for about a month and I see changes in my body I never knew were possible. My legs are stronger, my torso is tighter, and my arms are getting toned. I like that they have a dietitian give you pointer on what to eat, that is a big help for people who are not all that food educated.

Tommy and Troy r the best. They make working out fun. They push u to get stronger. Alway friendly and alway smiling and happy. I got 3 to 4 times a week n I love it.

Awesome training center. I’m a personal trainer and I trained with Paul who kicked my butt… I was sore for 3 days. Really awesome, clean facility, friendly environment. They love kids which is definitely a plus and the best part of this training center is, all the coaches and all the trainers are there for one reason and one reason only, and that’s to help others achieve success. They also have a faithfit class on Sunday morning which is amazing! If I could give 10 stars they would earn every star with the all their dedication, drive and their faith in their athletes… I’m a happy member and recommend it to anyone looking to not only get in shape but to change your life and perspective!

Xplode Training has the finest facilities and most professional trainers of any gym in
Southern California. The workouts are challenging but tailored to the individual’s fitness goals, and everyone connected with the facility (trainers, staff, athletes) is supportive and encouraging. The trainers all focus not just on the exercise movement but also on technique and precision so that the workouts are extremely effective. Paul Pratt is the best!!! I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to change his or her life for the better!

Xplode Training Center is a great place if you want to step up your game in any sport, or even you’re looking to get into shape! I’m 13 years old, I play club soccer and I have been going to Xplode for 2 years. There is no way I could be in my tip top shape with out the trainers at Xplode and it has helped me with my soccer career ever since. I’ve gotten leaner, stronger, and faster and I continue growing and improving following my workouts at Xplode. If you’re an athlete that wants to step up your game, Xplode is perfect for you.

If you want to overpay to get minimal results, then hire a trainer at your overpopulated gym. If you want to get real results hire an educated trainer with a degree AKA Troy Lewis @ Xplode. Troy’s class is fantastic! No matter what your fitness goals are, Troy knows how to get you there. He’s an educator, a motivator, and the best trainer I’ve ever had. I very much admire the fact that he didn’t just do a quick online program to become a trainer, but actually has a kinesiology degree and continues to further his education. Mid way through my program I had an emergency appendectomy; Troy knew all the medical terms and helped me get back to my routine. Xplode is the perfect place to train hard and push your body to knew limits. The staff is friendly and they have all the necessary equipment for almost anything. They continue to develop to meet client needs and also have an onsite massage therapist. If you are ready to make a life change or are an athlete looking for a challenge, come to Xplode!

Xplode training is a great training facility that helps you in so many ways. I am a student athlete so it is very hard to manage both sports and school. Xplode offers sat help and has a classroom so you can do homework. It also helps you so much with your bday as it pushes you to the limit in a safe environment. Also, they implement a nutrition plan that helps you stay in top shape. Overall, it’s a gem of a gym that helps you in so many ways

One of the best training facilities around, awesome trainers and staff. Also having a massage available along with information provided by Mr. Murry about Kangen Alkaline Water and how it helps weight loss by flushing out toxin on a daily bases. It’s a modern day cleaning.

Xplode Training Center has something for everyone. The youth programs that they have are not only physically intense but student athletes can finish a work out stretch rehydrate and go to the classroom and put the finishing touches on homework. Parents and housewives can also get multiple types of training from the professionals that specialize in certain methods.

Xplode is where I go to take my bootcamp classes with Tommie. I just finished my first month and I am feeling so good about myself. I didnt know I had muscles where I have muscles. I take his morning classes at 8:30. He just added more, so he now offers classes Mon-​Fri at 8:30 and Sat mornings at 7:00am He has other classes available also, this just works perfectly for me after I drop my daughter off for school. Each training session is different. We partner up a lot and we all encourage eachother to push harder. Some days we will go for a run, squat through the sandpit, even play alittle basketball. Plan on sweating and pushing yourself for amazing results. Best decision i ever made. Xplode is a wonderful training facility and Tommie is an amazing trainer. Looking forward to my next month of training.

Great facility. I take bootcamp classes here with trainer Tommie Sykes in the mornings and some weekends. It’s great to be able to utilize this facility and their equipment. They have a boxing ring, octagon cage, punching bags and sand pit which makes it a nice switch of fun, good workouts. Good stuff! The training center is a good size, clean, well maintained and everyone’s very friendly. Great place to get your sweat on!
