There are two kinds of baked goods: Gluten Full and Gluten Free. Gluten Full are delicious, typical cakes, breads, and cupcakes. Gluten Free are dry, mealy, and flavorless. Someone forgot to tell A Bountiful Harvest about this, because everything they offer isn’t «Oh, this is really good for gluten free,» it’s, «WOW! That’s amazing. No WAY it’s gluten free!» and yet it’s true! Cupcakes, breads, scones, cakes, all better than their gluten filled counterparts.
