for starters im only giving this business 1 because i cant give it a negative one. i am a married father of 6 children, 5 of them being in the home, one in college, and a 4 year old that is disabled. so my wife was looking through the local business ad magazine«mint magazine» and stumbled across what looked like an awesome place to order take out. i say this cuz their menu was quite extensive and there was some thing for everyone. i called ahead to confirm my home was in the range of their delivery area and the lady was very pleasant and looked up my address and confirmed they would deliver to us. fast forward to dinner time and i call back to hear joyces pleasant and professional voice once again. as i proceed to place the order and am interrupted to be told that now i am out of their delivery range. so being that i asked 2 and a ½ hours earlier mind you if they would i was rather disturbed. so like anyone else i asked for the manager, not once, not twice, but 3 times, at which point a short tempered woman got on the phone and stated she had to much on the grill and could not«deal with me now.» then proceeds to hang up on me! so i called back and asked why i was hung up on and the woman on the phone basically called me a liar and said«no one hung up on you» so i asked for the managers name cuz i will be there when the store opens to find out why it is that when n employee answers the phone they identify themselves by name, but when you are wanting to know to report bad work ethic, you will be denied. so pending the outcome of my talk with the owner we will see if we ever get to try their food. oh and did i mention i live 4 houses past their delivery cutoff!!! 4 stinking houses, and it cost them a $ 60 order and possibly a customer for life. i guess they are scared to cross brainerd rd on germantown, even if it is only 4 houses for a family of 7 with a disabled baby. thanks for making us feel your true customer service! so if you like being disrespected, hit them up, aside from joyce none of them act like they give a darn. god bless.
