After a Google search for computer repair services in Chattanooga, I gave The Angry Squirrel a call. The owner asked me several questions about my computer problem and asked me to come in for a «free» check. He wasn’t kidding. My Sony Vaio laptop was completely dead. He pulled out the hard drive and connected it to his computer. Unfortunately, my hard drive was dead. He gave me two options. I could buy one of his hard drives and he would install it for me, or I could buy my own. Again, he did this free of charge. I decided to buy my own new hard drive because I wanted a larger one than he had available. I went to Best Buy, bought my own new hard drive and installed it. Then, I took my laptop back to The Angry Squirrel and he reloaded windows and some other essential programs. I dropped it off at 10:30 am and he called later in the afternoon to let me know it was finished. That is what I call fast service. When I went to pick up my laptop, the owner powered it up, showed me the software he installed, showed me that all the drivers were installed and showed me that the laptop could access the internet via Ethernet and Wi-Fi. He suggested I get a new ant-virus program and asked me if I had any question, which I didn’t. I can’t believe the friendly service I received from Angry Squirrel. Don’t be put off by the looks of the building. It’s old and also houses Kay’s liquor store, which he also runs. I would highly recommend The Angry Squirrel for any of your computer repair needs.

First time visit to the place, and it was a… unique business setup, but please read the whole review to get the full picture. It is a father /son building, but not business. The father runs the liquor store side and the son owns the Computer Repair side, all in one divided building. Seemed knowledgeable and friendly, and they were a quick in /out for us being close to our business. Definitely a different setup though. The diagnosis was accurate, and the desktop pc repair(which turned out to be replacing a power supply) was quick. The thing that sealed the deal and will take me back is the price was lower than quoted.($ 76.46 out the door). Very few businesses these days are willing to be fair and honest with pricing, and that earned them some respect in my book. Don’t take Company checks or AMEX. They do accept Visa, MC or of course cash.
