Left a dress to be altered that had been ruined at another alterations shop and ASR saved the day! They told me up front they were not sure if it could be done to look just like the original… but it did. Thank you to the entire team at ASR!!!

Bought a hat to have custom embroidery done to wear with my security uniform. Bought the hat on 6/29,and left a sample for them to work off of. lady said, «well get it next week».

i was in the neighborhood and stopped by about 4pm. they spent twenty minutes trying to figure out who i was, what i wanted, and where my order was, and what the status of it is. then she came back and said «the lady is getting it set up, we’ll have it ready tomorrow».
just got a call from Vanda, saying «we cant match that font, come by here and pick one out that will work.»
THAT IS NOT «CUSOTM» EMBROIDERY.
i had a hat made two years ago with the hungry howies logo made on it no problem. now something ten times simpler is a problem, and it took them A WEEK to tell me they cant make it. Then she told me it would take A WEEK to get my money refunded.
