I’ve gone there four times. Twice the employees didn’t know what a float charge was. How you could spend your life selling one product and not know one of the half dozen basic things to know about a rechargable battery is pretty bad. I had one custom battery made up, and it did not hold its charge. Their stuff is pretty marked up, too. The brands they sell (other than their own brand Werker) are much cheaper elsewhere.
