Baymont Inn And Suites Chattanooga

What can I say but oh my word!!! We stopped here because we were driving home from Florida and needed a place to stay the night that wasn’t too far from the highway and this is what we got…
1– upon arrival staff didn’t even look like they worked there wearing just an outfit like he was getting ready to go home or something, he was somewhat friendly.
2-​we arrive to the room and as soon as we open the door we get slammed with this wave of smell like if someone have been smoking in there. After a few minutes we got used to it. It was late and we did t feel like fighting too get another room.
3– my BF goes to use the toilet and toilet is backing up after the 1^st flush?! Omg! Really? We had to wait forever to flush again. Nightmare!
4– bathroom sink needed a deep cleaning or something.
5-​wake up in the morning (free breakfast) we were excited! Get there 5 tabled available to sit so we had to wait for people to finish eating because the tiny area was full. Finally we sit down and guess what?! Worse breakfast ever. Eggs were gross, biscuits and gravy. Yuk cold like if it just came out of the fridge, orange juice tasted like 50 cent orange juice nasty. I actually stopped eating after coupe bites I couldn’t take it. Afraid of getting sick.
Future reference for my road trips I will definitely avoid this hotel.

Absolutely horrible!!! We checked in around 5pm and found our hotel rooms open and uncleaned!!! The front desk ask us to load our luggage and come back later! The cleaning lady was yelling at customers about checking in and rooms not cleaned. The staff was RUDE! One of the rooms was fine however our room the air didn’t work and the staff said sorry they were booked when asked to switch rooms. The sink was also at trickle. Just horrible for $ 107 a night!!!

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is smaller than it appears online and much dirtier. There was no place to put anything we brought with us for a whole week. Our room didn’t appear to have been cleaned before we moved in. We had two dirty-​looking towels in the bathroom with no bath mat, no cups (coffee or otherwise). I asked for towels and got them but still no bathmat. After the first day, they still didn’t bring any cups. We finally got some after asking for them at the front desk. Next, the entire hotel ran out of toilet paper. And, apparently, they aren’t allowed to go purchase any at the Walmart next door. It has to be ordered from the supplier. Then, on Sunday, they ran out of oatmeal in the breakfast room. The one thing I wanted to eat. And I was told they wouldn’t have any more until Tuesday when the truck comes in. The day after we were leaving. This also they couldn’t purchase next door. Then they didn’t clean our room on Sunday. NEVER STAY HERE!

Definitely would not stay here again. When we walked in to our room we noticed that the floor inside the door was soaked — as in soaked through multiple bath towels soaked. The bathroom was filthy and smelled of urine, we had to spray body spray around the room to kill the smell. The beds were not very comfortable and there was not adequate seating in the lobby for the breakfast buffet. Stay away!

We hit Atlanta traffic driving home from Florida, then hit Chatanooga traffic, we were exhausted and needed to stop. Like others have mentioned it was run down. I can deal with run down, it was dirty too. Something sticky was on the lobby floor. The door to our room had grunge on it. The floor was unvaccumed, when I went to adjust the air conditioning, there were cobwebs blowing out. The sheets appeared clean, but I’m not convinced they were changed from the people before us. I wasn’t up to taking advantage of the free breakfast.

Reasonable price very clean sheets are fresh & high thread count which makes for a very comfortable sleep/​rest experience!!!

The rooms were a bit outdated, but they were clean. The beds, I do have to say, were AWESOME! We selected this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub. Both of these were nice and well upkept. Probably the nicest area on the property. The alarm clock didn’t work and the lady at the front desk didnt seem to care. If everyone at the property was as nice as the lady who worked second shift, the service would have been great! All in all, not to bad of an experience and not the best of an experience.

Booked a room here cause we needed a room that had two queen beds & could take a pet. The room was in desparate need of attention & updating.
It was not clean like someone else had said.
Charged me extra for my small dog which I kept in a crate, eventhough the pet friendly website said they don’t charge. Would not stay here again.
