I had a coupon for Carrabba’s and having never been, my friends and I decided to check it out. We were seated quickly, it wasn’t dinner rush yet. Unfortunately, our server made us really uncomfortable. I can’t put my finger on why, maybe she is just awkward dealing with people? The prices are really high. Like $ 16−20+ for one entrée. My friend got stuffed mushrooms and said they were good. I didn’t try any as I don’t like mushrooms. The bread/oil was also just ok. Nothing special about it. I’d much rather have breadsticks or cheesy bread. Two of us got salads and we barely touched them. I had the Italian salad, it had no flavor whatsoever and was just meh. My friend had the Cesar and it was drenched in dressing that was super strong. I’m also surprised for the cost that the lettuce was mostly the hard spines that no one likes. The entrees were ok, nothing spectacular for $ 16 and $ 18. I thought the portions would be huge but they weren’t. My pasta barely had any chicken, it was mostly filled with mushrooms and I don’t like those. Friend’s pasta with shrimp and scallops was very watery. Everyone said the shrimps were overcooked. I don’t think I’d ever been so disappointed in a bowl of pasta. None of us finished our plates. If you like Olive Garden but want to pay more for less appetizing food, come here. OG at least has good bread and salad and the pastas aren’t crazily overpriced. I won’t come here again and glad I had a coupon or else I would have been very angry I spent $ 40 for some crappy pasta.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The chicken trip is amazing! They have great appetizers too and the Chocolate Dream for dessert, fantastic!

We always love to eat here, I always get their Chicken parmesan. My wife gets the Cesar salad and fettuccine Alfredo. We was served very fast by our server MOE, he keep our drinks full and our bread filled.

I have eaten at many Carraba’s Restaurants ant this is the 2nd best I have ever eaten at. When we visited they were busy, but we were seated in about 10 minutes. We wanted to just sit back and relax, but as many as were there it just wasn’t going to happen. Everything we or came out great and very quickly. Will definitely come back.

I have given Carrabba’s a previous rating of four stars, but they let me down on their lunch menu. Be picky making a lunch choice as their sandwiches fall short of being enjoyable. Their dinner menus are a better choice.

Heading is spelled wrong. Should have two Bs. All I have to say about Carrabba’s is don’t get the baked ravioli parmesan. Our server told us not to get it, but we got it anyhow. It is first deep fried then baked. So it is dry, hard, and chewy when you get it. Presented terribly. Not enough sauce. Everything else we’ve had on the menu has been very good. Atmosphere is nice. This is the best of the chains in Chattanooga. It does not compare to Il Primo and especially not to Portobello’s. But it is very good.

Never a bad meal. That simple. I’ve eaten here dozens of times and not one time have I had a bad meal. Take your pick on the menu. It’s great. The only con is that sometimes the wait is lengthy. Get there early 5p or late 8p to avoid long waits. Great place!

My husband and I went to the wine pairing on 7÷1÷15. We were very disappointed because we went to one in March which was a great experience. However we were very disappointed this time. None of the wines were described or told how they were paired with each dish. My steak was well done and I asked for medium. My husband asked for rare and his was medium. The spices were so overpowering we couldn’t taste the meat anyway. We asked for water which we never received. The server gave us our food by reaching over the shoulder of the people sitting across from us. Overall we didn’t enjoy it because we felt like we were an inconvenience.

We had a group of 8 and everything was PERFECT !! I had the Tuscan tenderloin and it has to be the best steak I’ve had in the Chattanooga area ! My sister had the Salmon and it was great, Mom had the chicken Marsals and said it was fantastic. This is one dinner I won’t soon forget

If you love Chef boyardee you’ll love this place it’s the mcdonalds of Italian food. You place your order they take your selection out of the freezer then stick it in the microwave.

First time in Tennessee and first time eating here. We were seated and our server was so kind and interested to tell us about the menu and explain. I had ordered the salmon which was delish! Next time I’ll probably not get the small. Along with the Caesar salad. Didn’t get dessert nothing really appealed to me but that’s just personal reasons. Definitely coming back here and with people.

Awful! I don’t know which was worse — the food or the service. I spoke with the manager and she could have cared less to correct the issues. To top it off I was charged for a glass of wine that never made it to the table. Needless to say I will not be back to this establishment. One star is just being polite.

Rude waitresses, mediocre food, and for a chain restaurant, it’s definitely overpriced. If the choice is between this and Macaroni Grill, I’d choose Macaroni Grill every day of the week.

Carrabba’s is an Italian restaurant chain in the US. Been there a number of times, thought it was time to do a review. If you’re travelling in the US, Carrabba’s is a great place to go if your in the mood for Italian food. For Canadians, Carrabba’s is similar to East Side Mario’s, but with a slightly higher class level, more like The Keg. Very family oriented, great service, bar area… but most importantly… great food. They always start you out with fresh baked bread with olive oil for dipping. For a restaurant chain the food quality really is surprisingly good and consistent between locations, which is no easy task for Italian food. They have no problem with custom orders, aim to please. Food portions are also very good. I ordered the chicken parm with spaghetti. They give you two large chicken cutlets, plenty of pasta and your choice of great soups and salads. A 2nd time I was there I ordered the Tagliarini fresh pasta with meatballs, excellent! Every location I’ve been to has always been busy, packed with a great atmosphere. Overall it’s a great place to go when travelling or if you have one in your area.

Zach was an excellent waiter! The food was exceptional, from the appetizer to the entrée’s. Would be hard to expect better than this meal experience.

The food has always been good for me here. I had the sirloin marsala a bunch. Very good. Also the veggies for sides are always well done. Whatever it is that they put in the olive oil for the bread I don’t care for though. It’s bitter and not savory. They also were very accommodating for my wife’s birthday when I brought in a cake. They kept it in the fridge and brought it out with some candles and ice cream. That’s great customer service in my mind.

Had never been to a Carrabba’s before. It was good. A step up from Olive Garden, though OG has better bread. Wouldn’t be my go-to place but I can see why people like it.

The place was ok my first impression was horrible. We walked in and you could see at least 30 tables empty and they put us on a wait along with about 10 other people. Not sure what was going on but a 20 minute wait for tables that were empty is not acceptable. After we got seated the food was good but there was no bread ready so another wait for a place that was not busy. And the service was really good so we will return again for food and service and hopefully the organization by the management will be better next time.

Before people get upset about the low score im posting, allow me to explain. This used to be a wonderful place to dine. Now, with a new propriator, service speed has horribly slowed; in fact I never saw anyone expediating for the kitchen. As a result, my food came out slow and overcooked dreadfully. It’s very sad, really. I hope they regain their old form.
