Chattanooga Heating & Air

Basically the heat was not working on one side of the apartment. Called these guys who said it would several weeks, but my wife explained we have a newborn and it’s 12 F outside. They agreed to come, but never showed up. Again my wife called and they gave her a time of between 12−4pm she waited the 4hours and no show. Well it’s currently Snowing and 12 F and half our place is freezing. I call the emergency number they provided and spoke to who I think is a manager. Basically told me they never gave a time and that they came and left because no one was home. Also said he didn’t appreciate the wasted time and called my wife a lier. Needless to say I don’t recommend using these disrespectful and Lazy company. Don’t relay on them specially if you have kids and it’s winter.
