Ordered a bacon 6 cheese bagel sandwich with a side of cream cheese Asiago bagel. Unfortunately, the bacon was forgotten during the set-​up and to be requested a second time. Asiago was the clear winner. Lots of nice looking options, although I don’t partake myself.

great bagels and great service! on my last trip here, i couldn’t hear the speaker at the drive through very well (i must be getting old LOL), and i asked her to repeat what she was saying multiple times — it turned out to just be a welcome greeting but for some reason it all jumbled together. anyway, she didn’t get irritated with me at all even though she repeated herself like 4 times before i finally got it! this place is also super close to me, so it’s a great early morning breakfast spot for me. i haven’t tried their lunch sandwiches yet but i bet they are just as awesome and served with a smile!

Just so you know, I’ve never been a big fan bagels. That is until Einstein’s came to town! (Granted I’ve never had a traditional New York bagel, either.)
Einstein’s has a wide selection of traditional and seasonal bagels and bagel flats and schmears to make them extra tasty. I’ve tried a lot of the flavors, but I’m a lover of the everything bagel myself. Crunchy, seedy, and chewy. Add a little egg and cheese and you just earned a smile for breakfast! If you’re feeling extra adventurous, be sure to order the nova lox on pumpernickel. It’s seriously good stuff.

I was thrilled to see this opened in East Brainerd. The bagels are delicious and so are the sandwiches. Even for a new restaurant, the staff was well trained and got our order to us quickly. I will visit this restaurant often!
