I looked all over Chattanooga as well as on the web for a queen size headboard. I only had a bed frame. I visited Furniture Row and found exactly what I wanted. I specifically asked the sales person if the headboard would fit my frame. He said absolutely yes. I explained that other stores has said there was no way they could guarantee a fit. He said– «we will». He also said the delivery crew would set it up for me. When they arrived they told me I would need a different type of bolt for the headboard to fit correctly. I called the store and they assured me they would come back and attach the headboard correctly. It’s been two months and numerous phone calls. They kept saying they will call back and make another appointment.
Nothing! I will NEVER purchase anything from them again and will discourage all my friends from the same.

A few years ago I bought an amazing couch from here. When it was time to buy my daughter her first real bed, we thought this would be a good choice.
The salesman ignored her and annoyed us while we were letting her make a selection, then when we asked about an overpriced rug in the green she wanted, the depth of his exploration was to ask the manager, and say, «Well, we will just go with the pink.»
At the time (August 29), we were told it would be a couple of weeks for delivery. We also bought some mattress sets at Denver Mattress (same company, completely different experience).
On September 12^th I got a call scheduling the delivery for September 20^th. My daughter, who is seven, was super excited about getting her new bed that she had picked out. On September 19^th, I got a call that it would be a couple more weeks before the bed would be delivered. I am not sure how in 2015 it takes over a month to get a generic, fabricated, overpriced bed. It wasn’t being hand carved from naturally fallen redwoods.
I canceled the order and don’t expect i will shop here again. Just a disappointing experience in general.

I have been looking everywhere between Knoxville and Chattanooga for bedroom and living room furniture and this place has the best selection and better pricing than most including Ashley’s.
I see peoples responses over delivery, but time is not an issue for me so will update again if this becomes an issue.
