Hamilton Pointe Apartments

I had three incidents on different days where a burglar tried to break in my apartment. I live in apartment 1513 and believe the apartment below, 1511, is the culprit. I called the resident police a few times but only had one returning call to tell me the resident officer is working away from the apartment. I called 911 several times and they told me there is nothing they could do unless I see a clear face. I feel very unsafe at this apartment. I work a lot and my wife and baby son stay home by themselves. Who is going to protect them when I am not there. Everyone around us works, too. It is scary living there. But the funny thing is that the apartment will not let me go from the lease without paying for two months and a termination few which could total up to $ 4000. They do not care about their residents. They just want money. Very greedy!
But that is not the only problem i had. I had ants and roaches in my apartment. The outlet in the bathroom blew up when I plugged in a hair dryer. The bath tub always clogs up. I am so tired of this place. The reason why I give them 2 stars because the staff is helpful and friendly — Kelly Huffines and Letitia Mikel.
