Bought a new living room set — my wife and I really liked it. The salesman was polite, helpful and not pushy at all. We scheduled the delivery to be in about 2 weeks, based on our request and that was fine. One of the nice extras offered was they would call us if any reduction in price ever came up.
Well — when the furniture came to the house, the delivery guys even said how damaged several of the items were. There was no argument by the store to bringing a new set. Over the next 24 hours no one from the store called to find out what happened or even to tell us there would be a new delivery made available. We had to place that call which took about 12 minutes to get someone to speak to us. The sales person did not have any insight on the issue, but said they would bring a new set later in the week. He then said there was a price drop and would apply that after the set was delivered. There was nothing but a «sorry» from the store — no further discount or offer to make everything right.
I then asked that they do a quality control review of the new set and arrange a next scheduled delivery time to be first out of the store so we did not have to be present for upwards of 4 hours again. The sales person agreed to both — but neither happened.
The second delivery was even worse shape and turned away — once again the delivery guys affirmed just how bad the damaged goods were.
While this location is very convenient for us and price competitive, to have 2 deliveries of damaged goods, no engagement by the sales person or store management to recognize the issue — this store is off our radar.

This place is more laid back and less crowded than Best Buy. Good selection of TVs with price matching over other places.
They have even bigger selection of Appliances and the best is more of American made Whirlpool, Kitchen Aid and Maytag. They have some of the other guys but why not help out the good old USA. Plus if it’s cooking you need, it was made 20 miles up I75.
They really do a good job to find you a price you can live with here.
