A sandwich was in my hands at my hotel room within 10 minutes of placing the order ! The sandwich was perfect, placing the order online was super easy and clear. Two specialty sandwiches for $ 13 including delivery. Can’t beat that !

This review has little to do with the food and more a note to the owner. I canceled my order today because you were outside in front of your business screaming profanities at an employee. I don’t care what that kid could have possibly done but I assure you it did not elicit the unprofessional way you handled the situation. You are a business owner and should conduct yourself in a way that inspires your employees not humiliate them in public. You owe that young man an apology and the rest of your staff as well for your poor conduct.

I’ve been to a number of Jimmy Johns, and this particular one was a huge disappointment. Terrible service in the evenings, one time I walked in and no one was behind the counter, and I had to wait for a few minutes for anyone to even notice I was there. On top of that, when I finally I got my sandwich, the bread was over done and hard, and the lettuce tasted like dirt. Don’t go here.

Ordered the Italian Nightclub. Good sandwich quality meats and reasonable price. Not much selection in sides other than chips but get it to go grab s beer and enjoy.

I really can’t see (or taste) the reason for all the hype assoc with this chain. The sandwiches are ‘okay’ at this location but not exceptional, unless one is starving — or dizzy from the ride on the JJ ‘bandwagon’.
What passes for service is generally fast. The subs have adequate meats. During my last visit, the background noise often topped 92db, so it’s NOT a conversation pit.

The best fresh subs no matter what you choose. The JJ Gargantuan will fill anyone up. They will let you custom your sub. They do use a lot of mayo so if you want to skinny your sub — ask them hold or go light on the mayo. Add some hot peppers and extra oil and good to go. Its ready right after you pay. No waiting.
Super clean. Super friendly. Super loud 70’s music. Makes it hard to have any conversation. They deliver 1 sub too. Always busy around lunchtime.

Talk about fast! After sitting and waiting for my food at another restaurant downtown, I got up and went straight to Jimmy’s I was in and out in, ordered, ate and left in about ten minutes. On top of that, they are very reasonably priced and super friendly.

I was so freakin’ glad to see that JJ’s had a single location in Chattanooga when I moved here recently from Seattle (they’re all over Seattle).
I’m a big fan of Jimmy John’s. If you’re familiar with the franchise, this one is like the rest. No disappointments to be had. It’s a big menu of all kinds of cold, deli style sandwiches. The ingredients always taste fresh and the food comes out to you in like 2 minutes. For the price, you can’t beat JJ’s for the lunch hour when you need something quick. Make sure to request «sweet hot peppers» to any of the their sandwiches. It adds a whole new element of deliciousness.
My staple: The Beach Club on wheat bread with sweet hot peppers.

We just bought some subs today for lunch and the services was very quick. The meats, vegetables and breads where very fresh. The reason I don’t give it a 5 star is because they loaded the sandwiches with onion. They should advice you that they like a lot of onion on their sandwiches. We had a hard time taking the onions out because it was mixed with the lettuce.
Other than that the food was great.
