Krispy Kreme Doughnut

Sunday morning tradition: donuts for me and my fellow volunteers with the nursery at church. This is my go to spot if the time is right. The staff here is super friendly and always kind. They care for their job. The gal at the window last week thanked me for being patient (it had taken about 15 minutes to get through the line of cars, I would have gone in but a bus had just pulled up) and she gave me one of the donuts that’s on special to try out: strawberry shortcake. It was fantastic and has cemented me as a loyal customer. Love them over there! Just wish the line went a tad faster

The donuts that you can get right off the line is the best. They just melt in your mouth. A little on the pricey side, but I guess you are paying also to see them being made in the big glass windows.

I want desperately to give this 5 stars because my husband has a bit of a Krispy Kreme addiction but I just can’t.
We don’t live where there is an actual Krispy Kreme store so we have to buy the donuts already boxed and shipped from God knows where to the Fort Knox Commissary or a local gas station.
We drive away from the drive thru with the ever so sweet smelling donuts, 4 cream filled, chocolate frosted…
He took his first bite as soon as we got back to our hotel room, Deliciousness! He had forgotten how fresh donuts from KK tasted as he’s used to them being not so fresh.
One donut down, second donut down… Sweet, fresh, chocolate and creamy!
Now, a couple of hours later, he gets to the 3^rd and 4^th donut and the What the heck moment!
No filling in either one of them, not a trace, zero, zilch…2 poor empty donuts.
Shame on them!

Have to say that I am disappointed, have been to many all over the country and find this one to be lacking in customer service and appearance.

Fast and friendly service. I requested doughnuts hot off the press. So they went and got them for me. I don’t eat these things, but apparently when they are hot off the press they taste better.

The only donuts I like here are their famous glazed. But I like the glazed here better than anything at Dunkin Donuts. Best when hot, of course. But they heat up easy with 5 seconds in the microwave.
A neat factoid… Back in the ‘80s, the store manager at this location, Mr. Bob Glidden, had the idea to have a sign made that would be shown when glazed donuts were being made. Needless to say, it didn’t take Krispy Kreme corporate long to pick up on this piece of marketing genius invented right here in Chattanooga. Now all of their locations have them and they are a company trademark.
Classic Americana.

They assort exceptionally well.
They are always so fun and friendly.
Their little upsells are a welcome treat.
I have to drive almost 30 minutes from home to get Krispy Kreme, passing a Dunkin Donuts on the way, and I have no regrets about doing so.
It’s fitting that Chattanooga, where the hot doughnuts now sign was invented, still has really great Krispy Kreme donuts.

I decided to drop in and try to get quick work done on my laptop as kids had few donuts but guess what!!! No wifi!!!
Back to Dunkin Donuts or panera!! Seeyyaa!!!
Too bad! With larger sitting area and more coffee options, assume wifi provided.
wifi would help bring more traffic in.

I’ve only been here once when the hot & now sign was not on. I love doughnuts and I love Krispy Kreme! Service has always been nice and the inside is very clean. Parking is usually not an issue and you’re usually in and out quick, although sometimes the drive through line is crazy long (but waiting is worth it!!!).

Krispy Kreme is a great place to get doughnuts at 4:30 a.m. on the way to work. That’s what I had to do this morning for a co-worker’s birthday.
What can you say? Nothing is better than a glazed doughnut when it’s hot and fresh. They melt in your mouth.
This location recently was remodeled and it looks great.

Still Five stars but they just reopened after a 100% reconstruction of the building and layout.
If you loved it before you will really like it with all new inside and out. Donut time in Tennessee.

We love to eat doughnuts from here. I bought some today and took some pictures of the production line. You can see my pictures of my view through the window. I actually called my friend and said I was stopping but Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and then would be stopping by her house. She got all excited and wanted me to also get her a gallon of milk to go with it.
The customer service today was nonetheless jaw dropping. I could not believe how nice they were to me today. So, definite recommend in coming here.
The doughnuts are so good, they are mouth watering and actually melt in your mouth. I got my one dozen glazed doughnuts and that’s what I recommend. Furthermore, ask for them right out of the oven too to get the freshest doughnuts in the world.

I got there at 0545… Sure wish they opened earlier.
They were fresh and tasty and slammed full of crème…
