Best bridal shop in Chattanooga. I bought my débutante gown (which was a wedding dress that required lots of alterations) there years ago and will be returning when it’s time for me to buy a dress for my wedding.

I am here in town to visit my best friend. We enjoy looking at the window display each time I visit. My friend is very recently engaged and although not ready to get her dress yet, we thought it would be perfect just to browse again in the window until we were ready to shop in the next few months. We were so excited!
We pulled up and parked in the almost empty lot and spent about 60 seconds looking in the window when an employee came out. She stated that we need to move our car out of the spot we were in and park far away because «20 brides» were «on their way» and deserved the spot we were in.
God forbid we spent another 60 seconds excitedly browsing the window display, Anticipating the day we came back and shopped officially. The woman was SO rude and laughed at us as she walked back in the store.
I am from Chicago was appalled at the rudeness. So much for Southern hospitality! My friend will most definitely not be giving them her business!!!

I am now married and finally got to wear my gorgeous dress!!! Monica’s was perfect from start to finish. My dress fit me perfectly ! I came in a few times for fittings to make sure the dress fit my body. They had me practice walking, sitting, and turning just to make sure I was comfortable in the dress. They even took my dress to have it preserved after the wedding. Such a wonderful experience

I had a horrible experience with Monicas. They messed up the alterations on my dress and admitted it the first time I went in. But after fixing it they denied that it was their fault and told me I Had just gotten fat. and made me pay for their mistake after telling me I wouldn’t be charged. I was very embarrassed and humiliated. I have never been treated as rudely as I was by their employees and owner.

I made a last minute (day before) appointment to try on wedding dresses at Monica’s. They were very accommodating, and I was seen promptly when we arrived. I’m sure a lot of how your experience goes has to do with who your consultant it, but let me just say, Chelsea was wonderful!!! So sweet and bubbly, and she really understood the look I was going for. I had fallen in love with Jenny Packham, Temperly London etc. online (way out of my budget) but we found several really great options by Watters at Monica’s. The shop was very crowded, but everything went smoothly and easily– and I ended up buying my wedding dress! Thank you so much, Chelsea, for helping make this such a special day for me :-)
I haven’t done any fittings or alterations yet, but I expect good things!

When I bought my dress here after paying it off. They called me telling me they couldn’t find my payment. After telling them I would get my bank statement they said don’t worry about it. Then a few months before my wedding on a slow rainy Wednesday morning my mom and sister went to the shop to see if there was any way they could alter my sisters dress since she had come in from out of town. There was NO ONE in the shop. The owner came out screaming saying they couldn’t do it. That they had appointments. Then she started saying things about them that we’re completely rude and to their face. When my mom and sister asked if there was anyone they would recommend to alter the dress the owner refused to say anything. Beware of this place. They are so nice to you when they are trying to get your business but once they’ve got it and your stuck with them they will treat you worse than a dog.
