Spacious apartments with poor maintenance, takes forever and many requests to get stuff taken care off. Air-​conditioning is old and not properly balanced, some rooms gets more air and some get really hot during summer time. A/​c tends to slack off when the weather goes above 100. Over all good place to rent for reasonable rates.

Carriage Parc is a great new Greystar community nestled into a great location in Chattanooga, TN. Close to shopping, minutes from the mall, and entertainment galore. They have an awesome pool, fountains throughout the property, and a gorgeous club house. A Greystar Management service is the new management service overseeing the property with an awesome staff. I recommend checking out this gem!
