This was a interesting stop. We were in the mall when I saw a big open area with nothing but condiment bottles. The had several sauces you could sample and at the time they were slow cooking turkey meatballs in one of the sauces. Staff was cool and knew a lot about flavor!!! The had a few award winning sauces which we got a chance to taste too. If you’re a bbq enthusiast or just a person who likes flavor and taste you should visit.
