We rented a 10×20 unit with Charles today. He’s the bomb. Such a friendly guy and made the entire experience awesome. If I were his boss, I would give him a big ol’ friendliness gold star bonus.

I was a little annoyed that my monthly rate was increased just 5 months after move-​in. However, I figured that was typical. What is completely unacceptable is what I found once moving my furniture out. My unit was INFESTED with stink bugs. My furniture was covered in water spots. My artwork damaged from moisture and glasswear moldy. I told the property manager working that day about it and he just told me that’s what I have insurance for. I should have just stored the stuff outside.

This is a terrific storage facility!
It all started with Christa who is the onsite manager — she was very friendly & helpful in getting my unit setup.
The location is very accessible right off Highway 153. The property and units are clean, and easy to get in and out.
I have rented two units there and would highly recommend this place!
