A land surveyor is someone you call when you need to know where your property lines are. Lots of good companies in town but we went with this guy because he was the cheapest. He even came down on the price while we were speaking about the job after talking about how long it would take (1 – 2 months). His estimate was off in that we waited an astounding 8 months to get the documents needed for the case. By that time, our neighbor had his house built already. Not only is the owner an idiot, bit he is a liar as well. About the cost, the time needed, the bill after he destroyed property on our land. I couldn’t reach him for weeks on end and it was usually an employees fault, only none of those poor people working for him never seemed to last long. Stay far, far away from this company and the owner if you would like a proper survey done. This one will take your money and avoid you until you harass him into doing your work.
