The Casual Pint

Great place to grab a beer and hangout with friends. They have a huge selection of craft beer and a very comfortable atmosphere.
It seems so often bars have music playing so loudly you can’t hear yourself think much less talk to people when you are there, but this place is different. It’s made to enable conversation and allow you to hangout for a while and enjoy great beer.

Reviewing this place just as a lunch/​food spot — would advise to avoid Casual Pint. (Keep it in your «Bar, but Not Food» lineup)
The menu has been getting bigger apparently — they have pizzas, wings, sandwiches, and pork sliders amongst other things, so we hoped to enjoy a good quick meal there.
Reality wasn’t so kind.
Casual Pint only had 1 poor person staffing the whole place at lunch. Not a big deal when noone’s ordering food I suppose.
We ordered a few things, and they came out in 10 – 15 minute intervals, so we weren’t eating at the same time.
The wings appeared to be frozen wings from the grocery store that had been microwaved.
Pizza was soggy as well. Pretty hot and cheesy, but… soggy
Nachos were OK.
As a lunch place, would hope for some softdrinks as we can’t all drink while on lunch, but no sweet tea here, just beer, canned softdrinks, or water.
Noone finished their meal, which is very unusual for my crew. Had enough appetite left over to go eat somewhere else…, but we weren’t in the mood to eat anything after this.

Me and Vee went for the first time last night and I have to say it was pretty cool. The beertenders was very friendly and the guest were as well. We are going back this week.

I loved the vibe of this place, they really know beer. The tap selection is great as well as their bottled beer selection. We didn’t try the food.

Great beer selection, many different imports and crafts. But Not too many for indecisive people like me. Loved the atmosphere, it is casual and hip! Can be very loud if it is busy. Wait staff was friendly, fast, and attentive. They had the roll up doors open the day we were there, which makes it the perfect mix indoor/​outdoor. We did order a couple of appetizers… The buffalo chicken pizza and hummus. I enjoyed the hummus, the pita was very soft and fresh. The primary path here should just be to stick with the beer!!!

I have never been one to enjoy beer but I am something of a Cider connoisseur. My husband wanted to try this place because he LOVES craft beer and I was skeptical. However when I entered into this inviting environment I was taken away into a land of exciting tastes!
I have never seen a better selection of cider in my life! I had an orange-​apple cider and a strawberry cider that were delectable! I also had two different kinds of regular cider that were both perfect.
I will be going back again and again!

This is the best craft beer place I’ve been to in Chattanooga. Having been to a few places in the area, this is the first place I could actually talk to the servers and get a solid opinion. while a lot of people just go for volume, they seem to listen to me and recommend well. Can’t go wrong

Wonderful atmosphere. Chill and relaxed. Clean and friendly service from every employee. Glad to see the development on the northshore. A place I’ll be called a regular. VAPE FRIENDLY. I’m good with that. Great place. 7 thumbs up.

Love the atmosphere here. I like being able to go out and try a new craft beer and actually have a conversation with someone and still be able to go home without reeking of cigarettes for days. Awesome food and with half off on Sunday’s an awesome value!

I love the place! It has a great craft beer selection and board games to play with friends. A perfect place to hang out with friends.

Great place with good atmosphere and plenty of beer choices. Nice to have it in the neighborhood. It’s especially nice for some day drinking when the weather is pleasant enough to have their garage-​door front open. It’s good for drinks only, though… I have tried the pizza, sliders, & pretzels and none of them were worth it… even when half-​priced.

I love this place! I’ve been here plenty of times and have never experienced bad service. The beertenders are always on point and always friendly. I’ve tried so many new and wonderful beers here, and I can’t wait to see what new stuff they get on tap! The food isn’t great for a full meal if you’re starving, but it’s amazing and delicious for snack food. They are starting Trivia on Mondays, which I’m super excited about. And there are BOARD GAMES at the store to play whenever! Love this idea. Like I said, I love it here and I can’t say enough great things about it. Visit if you get the chance!

Great place with great beer, but the service has been terrible every time. Service needs to match the beer and food.
