I had a decent experience here. It’s the holidays so I guess I expect to wait a little bit in line. But all the customer service representatives were working hard and busy so I can’t complain. The only thing they could fix is to explain why they’re asking for the information they’re asking for. The guy that helped me just asked for x, y, & z, but didn’t explain why he needed that information. It would be really helpful and nice to have that interaction with your customers.

Sending many packages you want a place that can know your name and be fair. This is an ok place. UPS the business offers free packaging to send packages which isn’t available here. It wants to sell you their products and packaging. I have found if I go online to mail my stuff using USPS online I can send them cheaper and USPS provides the packaging. ITISJUSTOK.

I don’t think I would even give this place one star. I was given no choice of type if shipping my package. As far as the wait time, I waited over an hour to pay an outrageous price to ship a small package. Never again.
