Lululemon

Love the store and the products. Just stinks that a store I used to love so much now has new stuck up workers. Just asking for help with leggings and the associates laughed and rolled their eyes at me? Guess I don’t ask the right questions …

I love love LOVE LuLulemon products. The saying really is true that you get what you pay for. Although their products are slightly more expensive than Nike or Under Armour, the quality and comfort of the clothing is far better than both brands. Once you start wearing Lulu, specifically their leggings, its so hard to go back to other brands because they are honestly that much more comfortable. And on top of the material being so comfortable and soft, all of the clothing is super cute! I’ve been to two different Lulu’s but this location is by far my favorite. They have such a wide variety of both women’s and men’s clothing and the staff is so nice and helpful.
I purchased a pair of black workout leggings a few months ago from this location that I absolutely loved. I had only worn them a few times and washed them once (and yes I followed the special washing directions for their clothing) and they started to fringe at the seam. I was so upset because one, I loved them and barely wore them and two, I had thrown my receipt out. I brought the pair of pants back to this location (same one as I purchased them from) and showed the woman working what had happened and explained I no longer had my receipt. Without hesitation she brought me a brand new pair of the same pants and exchanged them for me without any issues. If the comfortable clothing didn’t make me a lifetime Lulu customer, then this sure did. Ya gotta love and respect a company that stands behind their clothing!

The store and merchandise are top notch. I’ve been wearing lululemon for 8+ years. (I live out of state). They have the most comfortable clothes to work out in. And they last for years.
The Walden Galleria staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Nice looking store.
I love the mosaic on the ground when you first walk in.

Floor mural controversy aside, this is a very nice store. Terrific athletic clothing and supplies. Very nice and helpful staff.
They even have exercise classes in the store when it’s not yet open. Those mall walkers can mix it up with a class here.
