I have been there many many times and never had a problem… The work is done right on premises and the next day service is always beneficial… Yes they don’t accept credit cards or debit cards.. but your reciept tells you what the charge is, unlike other cleaners these days who charge whatever they feel like once you give them the garment… and you don’t know what it costs until you pick it up… never a bad experience..

I haven’t used any other dry cleaners in WNY so my reference points are in the South. With that, I say «man this place is expensive!» Dry cleaning pants is like $ 5.80 each. Laundering shirts is like $ 2.80 each. I should just wear my shirts 4 times and buy new ones at this rate! The alternative would be to find a new wife that enjoys ironing, but I hear that’s expensive too!
I can say that my clothes are neatly pressed when I pick them up, though I have had issues with button breakage after sending shirts there for a while. They are conveniently situated near my work and home, so I’m paying for the convenience. That’s it though. They don’t take credit/​debit cards, so either bring cash, or order checks from 1996 or something. Customer service isn’t a strong suit of theirs either. Generally, Mom and Pop shops thrive on that, and would at least act like they know you if you’ve patronized them at least once a month for 3 years-​Not these people. Where is George Jefferson when you need him?

I brought a bridesmaid dress in to get a small stain removed. I dropped it off and had my mother pick it up. The stain was still there! I’m so happy I paid $ 20 for the exact same thing, pretty sure they didn’t clean it at all because when I dropped it off the lady seemed to not remember the phone call between her and my mother about being able to do it by the next day. So unimpressed. I had to scramble and get a new dress for the occasion I am attending tonight. Awesome! I guess we will see what happens when I go there with it and ask to speak with the owner since he is gone by noon during the weekdays — how convenient!
My advice — steer clear of this place and find somewhere else. I saw two Google reviews that were also not impressed. Your money is best spent somewhere else.
