Pizza Hut

Someone needs to add a negative star feature to Unilocal.I came in to get a pizza and they sat me down at a table after 5 min. Then I waited for at least 15 minutes as this horrible place drove me crazy with the uncontrolled yelling of people all around me and half he table being sticky with who knows what. I then left this place and would highly recommend this place be shut down for health issues and without minimal profanity, I call this place shittown 3000.

I ordered online and arrived when it said it would be ready. I then waited an additional 20 minutes. the staff is a bunch of young girls who seem to have no idea what they’re doing.

Well what can I say? I love there pizza. I know everyone thinks Pizza Hut is a chain so there no good, but I love there pizza me and my fiancé ordered cheese cheddar crust with two topping mushroom and pepperoni and a balsamic twirl which is incredible. We also Ordered wings sweet bbq flavor and we made special instructions to only have flat wings and they complied so that made me very happy all in all a feat cheap lunch experience whole meal was only 15 dollars… Not bad at all

I have no complaints about this place (thus far.) I’ve been twice. The design is very quaint. And the staff is very hospitable. Would definitely come back with a party!

Unorganized and dirty, I definitely don’t recommend this place. I only popped in «quickly» to pick up A SMALL PERSONAL PEPPERONI PIZZA for my brother… The lady took the order, the money and told me it would be about 10 – 15 minutes… so I sat and I waited as about 30 people walked passed, were seated and began to receive their meals… all the meanwhile, I was still waiting… patiently… Then I started thinking… Why oh why would ANYONE go to Pizza Hut in Buffalo, New York, when there is an abundance of delicious pizzerias on almost every corner!!! It certainly does NOT take 30 minutes to make a 4 inch pizza. So we went to the girl and asked her to just cancel the order so we could leave (we had groceries in the car)… She said of course, and then went and got her manager… She then ran back and said «are you sure you don’t want the pizza? We just took it out of the oven… We told her no, we just wanted the money. Her manager then came over (with a rude and somewhat irritated attitude) and the girl asked him if she should just throw out the pizza, and he took it and tossed it on the counter in front of us. He then gave us the money back and we filled out a «why we wanted a refund» paper before leaving…
My advice? Skip the dirty pizza hut with horrible service and head to a place that is organized and provides quality attentive service! (Would give this place negative stars if Unilocal would let me!!!)
