I had a gentleman who somehow managed to not only calm me down but completely take my blood and I didn’t even realize it. Yes, Im 30+ yrs old and I hate needles lol This is a picture he pulled out because he saw I had a tattoo but complaining about the fear of needles

I was able to walk in around 3pm on a week day and only had to wait 10 mins! Very friendly staff and was able to get in and out of the room within 5 minutes!

Quest has done a good job of keeping up with the times, and now that appointments are so easy to make online, it has significantly cut down on wait times. If you don’t have an appointment, though, you will probably need to wait a bit so do your best to make one if you can.
This specific location is newer so it has a clean, sleek waiting room and electronic check-​in. A TV is usually playing the news and there’s plenty of comfortable seating.
My favorite phlebotomist is at this location, but of course not a lot of people have a favorite phlebotomist so that’s probably not too helpful for you.
Quest also offers blood test results through the gazelle app, but they are difficult to access in NY because of NY laws and regulations. There is a way for your doctor to allow you access to them via the app if they participate, but I’ve found that most of the over-​worked people in doctors’ offices don’t want to be bothered with helping you with that.
