I was on a long drive and stopped at McDonalds to use the bathroom. On my way back to I5 I saw the stand and decided to drive through. Glad I did! Yummy 16oz iced soy latte! They had a huge menu for drinks, caffeinated and not. They even had some SEAHAWKS themed drinks. Looks like they have the staple drive through espresso stand baked goods. And I’m always happy to see hot food!(Not much of baked goods eater, and I LOVE breakfast burritos!) they had a vegetarian option and a breakfast burrito with some meat! I will def keep this stand in mind next time I’m making the 3+ hot drive to my mom’s house! You are very close to the on-off ramp of I5 so it keeps the stop time to a minimum!

Love these guys, they are open later then any other coffee shop. And many locations to choose from which is great so I can always get the same coffee anywhere I go. Always good coffee and if its not they will fix it! Good location, friendly faces, usually busy which is a good sign.

Needed to use the bathrooms at Burger King and decided to stop at this exit. I was craving coffee so I stopped by this little espresso shack. I’m an out of towner… so I am very fascinated with Seattle’s addiction to coffee. You have Starbucks, Tully’s, Peet’s, Seattle’s best and of course little shacks like this to satisfy the caffeine cravings, and yet they all coexist peacefully. This little place has great white mochas. The menu has a ton of stuff to look at, so you actually might be holding up a line if you don’t know what you want. The young barista was very patient and was ready to make me a great cup of mocha once I made up my mind. Cash seems to be their preferred payment, but Visa and Mastercards are also accepted.

Until recently, every time I had been up this way for work I settled for Shell station coffee while fueling up. SO glad I found out about Avenue Espresso, I mean any cappuccino compared to gas station coffee is a night/day difference, but the coffee here is very good all on its own too. Pleasant service with a friendly smile, very positive experience overall. I definitely haven’t experienced the waiting time that the other reviewer has.

Stopped by Avenue Espresso on my way to BFF’s house in BFE. The last exit before I truly leave civilization and lose all contact w/the outside world for awhile. This little stand has two windows, but they really shouldn’t. The sole barista was overwhelmed and took no less than 8 minutes per customer, and that was for a single drink. My order, 3 kids hot chocolates and the zebra mocha that was on special, took nearly 15 minutes. Nothing out of the ordinary, acceptable temp on all drinks, but nothing that stood out either. For it’s location, at this particular exit, it is the only game in town for coffee other than from a gas station, so it will likely maintain steady business. If I happen to swing in this area, I wouldn’t avoid it in particular, but with all the other little independent stands popping up on preceding exits on my way through here, I won’t seek it out.
