Interior Design Center

Initially I was very happy with how friendly and helpful the staff was. However, it took a turn when I ordered my laminate and found out it was discontinued. I was told it was in stock, I ordered a much larger size because it was what was left at the warehouse and matched what we all ready had (double the price), my card was charged and 1 week before I had all the contractors come I found out I will not receive it. I now have to triple the original budget and replace everything. I was never told upfront there was a chance I would not receive it and there was a risk to it. Brenda pretty much left me out on the line saying it is what it is. I am not happy with the service, will not be returning or referring to them. However I will say Rhonda was delightful.
