This beach goes. Went yesterday and it was crackin’. I’m not from around here. I was nice to see like minded crowd of people. Good times.
I wanted to drink a beer or two but wasn’t sure how strictly inforced the no alcohol rule is. I took a star for that.
Random thoughts.
Dock jumping.
Kids peeing in the lake.
Pretty Mexican women.
Bathroom was clean.
Would be nice to have a room at the hotel next to this beach.

This is a lovely park with two swimming docks, large roped swimming areas, small playground, several picnic tables and a great view of Lake Chelan. On summer weekends the parking fills up quickly, so you’ll want to arrive early to snag a spot and a table. If the tables are all taken there is plenty of fairly flat grass to spread a picnic blanket. There are a couple of small Sandy beach areas — the water is quite shallow at those spots and great for kids.

Great place to enjoy BEAUTIFUL lake chelan, crystal clear with amazing views. Grassy knolls leading to the shore or a paved walking path that drops into the water. Plenty of docks and other things to explore.
Very busy but not crowded because it is a very large park, plenty of parking!
Would have been better if there was less fire, but we can’t hold the park accountable for that!

Nice clean park with plenty of waterfront and space for everyone. Shade is not hard to find if you are looking for a respite from the sometimes brutal summer heat, and the lake is always inviting! A good spot to enjoy a picnic lunch or an afternoon swim…

This is the best park on a lake ever! They have several hundreds of yards of waterfront, well spread out for swimming, with lots and lots of grass & plenty of shade trees.
We were here for the annual Chelanman triathlon weekend. Even with hundreds of people in the park for the event, it was still spacious. And the lake!!! I’m a salt water girl, myself. Lake Chelan seriously is like salt water with out the salt! It’s so clear and pretty, and the temperature (mid July) was magnificent!
