I don’t know why this doesn’t have 5 stars! The food is so amazing here and the staff is very professional and courteous. The food is amazing and you won’t find a better restaurant in Chelan. The grounds are breathtaking and the wine tasting area is just gorgeous!

This place is absolutely amazing. The ambiance is second to none, overlooking the lake. You can see lights everywhere and even the restaurant has lights that make the most romantic atmosphere. The menu is extensive and it was tough making a decision. Our server was awesome, so attentive, informative, knowledgeable and friendly, yet professional. The owner came out and talked to the guests and everyone just seemed authentically nice and genuine. The food was to die for. The salad, the chicken pesto, the desserts(Butterscotch Buidino — UMWOW!). We will definitely be back next time we are in Chelan. A little on pricey side but so worth it.

We arrived on a Tuesday night– We made reservations at 7:45 for a table of five and were seated right away– The best thing about our dinner was the bread as the rest of the food was just ok. I ordered spaghetti and it was lacking any real flavor. My friend ordered the Eggplant Parm and she stated the same thing. The only person who really loved her meal was my friend who ordered the oysters … It took a while for a waiter to come, we had to ask for more bread two times before a busser brought it. I am continually let down with any good food and overpriced food in Chelan lately it seems that they are hoping people will be so buzzed on all the wine they won’t notice the lack of flavor or mind the high prices for everything. Disappointing…

The food was delicious! It was the perfect place to celebrate our one year anniversary. Elegant staff and conveniently located next to wine tasting. It was outdoor seating so it got pretty hot. We had a view of the waterfall while dining. The there is also a place where kids can feed the fish. Great experience!

We will return often! Great food, service, wine, outdoor seating, and views of Lake Chelan. Everything from the warm bread & oil, to the appetizers and salads, everyone of our entrees, and each of our desserts was excellent. We were thoroughly impressed by our waitress asking for orders in the proper traditional order: eldest woman, next eldest woman, …eldest man, next eldest man, etc. Who does that anymore? Just wow!

Stopped in for dinner based on reviews and we were not disappointed. The view is outstanding, the food was delicious and so was the wine. The service was mixed, when my husband’s knife fell to the floor it was replaced within seconds. On the other hand our server never told us the specials for the night — I only realized they had some when another server was waiting on the table next to us. Also they don’t seem to have much of a dress code given that there was a girl wearing a pink bikini with a fishnet«cover-up» that wasn’t covering much. Overall I would definitely dine here again.

The family and I always dine at Sorrento’s whenever we vacation in Chelan. The food is very delicious. I ordered the mushroom risotto and added tiger prawns for $ 8. I was disappointed with the portion size. It was so small I left hungry and that was in addition to sharing a Cesar salad with my husband. Also, I only received 4 tiger prawns, making them $ 2 each, yikes! Please be aware that all seating is outdoors and can get tiring in the hot summer evenings. Although, there is usually a nice breeze. The tasting room is a must!

We always book a family dinner here when visiting Chelan. The ambiance, wine and food are exceptional. Even the children enjoyed dinner due to the koi pond.

We’ve enjoyed meals here probably10 to 12 times. Never have we had anyone complain about meal. But the food definitely has improved. Last night I got the salmon and the fish was cooked to perfection. My husband had his usual cannelloni. He doesn’t lick the plate because he knows I’d smack him. Waitstaff always pleasant. Everybody smiling and working great together. The venue is great, vistas typical Chelan amazing.

Came in for lunch after wine tasting and a little shopping at Tsillan Cellars. The dining room is filled with windows on three sides and a fireplace. The views are amazing with two sides looking out to the vineyard and the lake, and one opens up to the patio with outdoor seating, koi pond and garden. We started with beverages — interesting to note that they serve your non-alcoholic beverage with a carafe refill. The menu is limited for lunch offering only six starters, a few salads, one soup of the day, a burger, sandwich and pizzas. We ordered the Soup and Salad — Cream of Asparagus and Beet Salad combo. Enjoyed the asparagus soup(just needed pepper), but the beet salad was a spring mix with bleu cheese, candied nuts and cubed yellow and red beets. I was disappointed as I thought it would have more beets(after all, it is called a beet salad). We also had the Prawn and Pesto Pizza. Good favors, but on the salty side. Service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back… but maybe for dinner when they offer a larger menu selection.

We come to Chelan a couple of times a year for a few years now and have heard this is a nice place to eat. Pulled them up on my smart phone to look at reviews and their menu, noticed that reservations were recommended and you are able to check availability and make a reservation on your smart phone. I made reservations for 3ppl and got a confirmation. We showed up at 5:30 to find the front door locked, went next door to the wine room and the gal there told me they were not serving general public tonight, i told her i had made a reservation but not even an apology… oh well, we have enjoyed many of Chelan’s nice little restaurant’s and will continue to give the ones that make us feel welcome our business.

Mixed review. The view and the property is most beautiful. View of the lake, and in the back is a waterfall koi fish pond. Food was lacking for the price. The tuna crudo tasted unfresh. I’ve had better tasting ceasar salad. The other family member had the spaghetti, and he only had few bights. He tried my son’s pizza, and that tasted good, from what I was told. I hope the quality of the Italian food improves as I’d love to come back.

You can’t beat this location any time of the year! Especially sitting on the outside patio with that tremendous water view. A GREAT place for appetizers and wine. Staff has always been wonderful! My recommendation is to NOT order the canniloni –I’ve made that mistake twice and have regretted it both times. I truly love this place regardless of that food choice. Love the margarita pizza!

Pleasantly surprised with our dinner here on Saturday night! We were told they have a new chef and the menu is about to be updated so we are eager to return and find out. Food was very good: Chicken Marsala was voted the best at our table. Spaghetti and meatballs made us decide we need a new recipe at home because these were great. Shrimp Scampi pasta was good too. Wine list is limited to their own but we liked what we chose and it was priced reasonably. Servers were all very friendly and even sang Happy Birthday in harmony. Overall a great dinner experience in Chelan!

The negative reviews were silly! This place was amazing! My husband and I came for dinner, he is quite the wine connoisseur– I am 8 months pregnant… The wine server offered him 4 tastings, before dinner– which was fantastic!(I’m not even into Italian food!) Chicken Marsala, Scampi Putenesca, 2 salads, and Chocolate lava cake… Accompanied by 2 glasses of wine and a bottle to go! Thank you for a fantastic experience Sorrentos!

I had a wonderful brunch here today with my boyfriend and his mother! We had great service and loved Fara, who served us our mimosa bucket! The food was great. We had the chicken salad, Belgian waffle with strawberries and whipped cream and the frittata! Everything was very tasty and the price was extremely affordable. They have an awesome happy hour menu during the weekdays that we will definitely be back to check out. We love the décor here! The bathrooms are beautiful. Looking outside while you eat is a real treat– it would be a gorgeous place to have a wedding. We will be back!

Man, this place has so much potential! It really fell short of our expectations though. Had dinner here with my husband here on a Tuesday night. It was a beautiful evening and we asked to sit outside, but were told the patio was closed because it was too cold. It was 65 with no breeze… The wine was really good. We ordered a bottle of the blend and a glass of the Syrah. Took another bottle of the Syrah home. Looking forward to sipping that a little later this winter. The food was mediocre. I had the Chicken Marsala. It was very salty and the mushroom sauce looked and tasted like the brown mushroom gravy from a packet. The polenta was dry, I guess they bake it in a pad and cut it into triangles. Not impressed. My husband had the pasta and meatballs with gluten-free pasta. It was good but still fell short of expectations. Wait staff was attentive and friendly but lacked the polish a fine dining staff should have. Overall, it was just ok. Definitely not worth the price tag.

My friend treated me to a great birthday brunch here on a Sunday morning. We requested seating outside in their back patio since it was such a nice sunny day outside. You get a great view of the Tisillan Cellar’s garden and koi pond. We were greeted by a friendly waitress and another woman that took care of our drink orders. We started with mimosas which were very light and refreshing. Then I had the crab and shrimp scramble with a side of potatoes and my friends had the vegetable omelet and the omelet of the day, which was a salmon omelet with a side of fruit. I loved my crab and shrimp scramble. There were chunks of crab meat and shrimp in a cheesy egg scramble on top of a flakey, buttery biscuit. Really really good. The potatoes were also delicious and well seasoned. My friends vegetable omelet was simple and the salmon omelet was interesting. I would have preferred if it was smoked salmon lox in the omelet. Afterwards a delicious brunch, I was surprised by a Happy Birthday song from the servers and a yummy chocolate mousse. It wasn’t overly sweet and very smooth and creamy. Great way to end the meal. The restaurant was very empty when we arrived at 10AM, I thought they weren’t open yet. Not sure what the crowd is like during lunch and dinner, but I would come here again just for the beautiful view of Lake Chelan from the winery. Parking is in a private lot. 10% off your bill if you’re a wine club member.

Came here with my girlfriend for lunch on a Monday around 12:30. Everything about the experience was fabulous. The winery has it’s own restaurant that is just adjacent to the tasting room and overlooks Lake Chelan and the surrounding hills(most wineries steer clear of the restaurant/winery combo). The view alone is reason to pay a visit. But why stop there? We were seated right on the edge of the restaurant overlooking the lake which was awesome. As for the food, well… I had the linguine pesto shrimp dish which was great! I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who likes pasta and seafood combo’s. My girlfriend got the sandwich(there’s a couple choices to choose from) and soup and felt the same way. In addition we were planning on doing some tasting after we finished munching, but our wine server(who was different from our regular waitress) indulged us further by offering to bring our tastings to our table while we ate lunch. I felt spoiled… in a good way. The only thing I’d add, is that during busier times you’d probably have to go inside to taste because they simply don’t have the staff or the time to run back and forth bringing tastings to your table. Then again, if THATS the dealer breaker for you, I’d recommend getting your head checked. Overall, fabulous experience, great food, great wine, amazing views. What’s not to like?

My first time in Chelan was a good one. Sorrento’s added to it. The atmosphere is very relaxing, laid back, a bit American country and a bit wine country. The crowd is really mixed. There was a full-on set of people here for lunch but there was also a wedding being prepared — a little strange to suddenly see a group of bridesmaids walk through the outdoor seating area while I’m enjoying my steak salad. But, at the very least, it was entertaining. The wine manager was awesome. She is an older woman — classy, calm, and cool lady who I would totally hire to manage a restaurant. Everything just fit. She was attentive — not overly so — and knew what to do in any given situation. My steak salad was good. Salad part was way over-dressed. The meat was slightly overcooked than I usually want(I like rare) but it made sense with the salad. I would have given 4 stars if the salad wasn’t soaking in the vinaigrette. Damn. Otherwise, the flavors worked well together and textures(other than the drippy arugula) worked decently. Had plenty of Chardonnay and was a happy camper by the time I walked out. I would really like to try their sandwiches next time — looked amazing! Great environment, decent food, good wine. Happy camper :) I will be back if I get the chance!
