Yes, it took a long time as it’s a small shop. Yes, I would have liked more proactive communication. But, goddamn do they do amazing work! My priority was the final result, not how or when it was done. My 2013 Hemi Orange Challenger needed to have one rear quarter replaced. The quarter on this car includes the frame around the door and also has a decal. The panel that was replaced is indistinguishable from the rest of the car and the decal is perfectly placed. They also polished out some unrelated scratches on the car and when I picked it up it looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. I would definitely recommend A-1 and use them in the future!

I didn’t even get a chance to use the place. While talking to Craig the owner an Insurance guy showed up with 3 tow trucks and out went three cars that Craig couldn’t finish and wouldn’t finish. Each day it’s a different story and now that I show up to see the place cars are being removed for lack of work and whatever else. STAY AWAY if you want timely work.

I had an identical positive experience as the other reviewer. The owner Craig is very much customer-service oriented. He patiently explained the process, and went out of his way to help contact the car rental agency I used while waiting for my repair. The repair was finished ahead of schedule, and the work was jaw-dropping excellent! The dent removal and paint matching were so expertly done that the only way you’d believe there had been a collision is if I showed you the receipt. Craig was prompt, expert, trustworthy, and courteous… I couldn’t have asked for more.
