I hesitated after reading the reviews, but decided to give it a try anyway, and I am so glad I did! The 3 sales ladies that we saw were very pleasant and very helpful. My older daughter found a pair that she liked very quickly. My younger daughter was less lucky. The selection for her age group (10) was not fantastic, and she is quite picky too, which did not help.
I saw a lot of discounted shoes for myself, but did not have time to look through them that day. I will definitely go back soon to check them out!

I didn’t think it was possible to be treated like you stole from the store! I visited this store today an upon entering nobody greeted us or asked if we needed help with anything just glaring mean stares.
Once I found my item and went to check out, the sales people were in the middle of a conversation and nobody acknowledge me or even looked up to say anything.
After, just dumping my things on the register to get their attention, the sales person said «These shoes come in a box and I need you to go get them». I was shocked! I was speechless and didn’t know how to respond. I finally told the sales person who was busy doing nothing «Can you get them for me since this is your job and I am pretty sure your familiar with the store».
Now, this experience was huge contrast from August, management must have changed for the worst. I am still contemplating returning the shoes…
I do not recommend this place if your looking to be treated with respect and dignity.

I had visited this establishment last week on a Thursday at around 830pm and it was not a pleasant visit. There were two sales associates. I asked a few questions and went about to search for the desired shoe. Upon finding a shoe, I headed to the cashier and that is when the other sales associate was talking from across the room and said to the cashier, «People should learn to clean up after themselves esp since they come 30 minutes before closing. I would like to know where they work so I can go to their work place and make a mess out of their job.» I found that very rude especially since I was still there.

Not a bad store at all ! They often have major sales when you buy the first pair you can get 50% off discount when you buy a second pair equal or lesser the cost of your first pair. of shoes. They have the high quality brands found at major department stores and shopping malls like Nike, Sketchers, and New Balance. There seems to be this competitive marketing in the area due to the fact that Kohls department store which is in the same plaza also carries the same brands as well as a new Olympia Sports store across the street in another plaza.
