Poor staffing for a busy February vacation week/​poor enforcement of snack policy which states «all snacks to be eaten in snack room.» During our visit, school age children were seated on a couch in a central area devouring a bag of goldfish crackers and spilling them all over the floor. Small snacks can be choking hazards, and certain foods can trigger allergic reactions in some. With so many small children running around, staff has to be aware of what is going on in the center and enforcing the rules that are clearly posted (since people obviously don’t want to follow them).

Had our son’s 1st birthday party here this weekend. Staff were extremely helpful and the play center was entertaining for all ages (even adults). We have heard nothing but compliments from the guests at our party! We highly recommend Loch Ness.

Town of Chelmsford, MA
A clean and fun place for the kids. My daughter loves coming here to get some energy out. She also enjoys the enrichment classes. We had her 5th birthday party and it was amazing and they did everything! Loch Ness can accommodate play, meal times, parent time and socializing for both adults and kids. Such a great place!

Great birthday parties!
We hosted my daughter’s party at Loch Ness Playcenter and couldn’t be happier with the service and hospitality. The owners set up our party (including putting out the food, plates, decorations, etc) and were incredibly gracious and helpful the whole time we were there. The space is very clean (several of my guests commented that it was the nicest playcenter they’d been to) and fun for kids of different ages (our guests ranged from 9mo-​9 years). We’d highly recommend Loch Ness. Thanks again for a great time!

Had ‘theme’ party there and was pretty rip off for the price we paid. Place is small and still open to public when there’s party going on to make every penny they can. Pretty inexperience in running business. The place is clean though because it’s new still.

I have been three times now. I have an infant and the last two times the infant floor section has been very dirty. Also, I think they should post a sign for 2 yrs and under for this area because my daughter was getting pushed out of the way by 5+ yr olds climbing on the blocks. The parents obviously don’t get that it is for babies. And the bathroom is freezing cold. I feel terrible in dressing my daughter in there.

What a wonderful addition to Chelmsford! Extremely clean facility, one big room, lots of comfy couches for parents to sit and relax while their kids play. Very safe but very fun!!! The owners are super nice and helpful. They even have date nights where you can bring your kids and go out to eat KID FREE! How cool is that?! There’s also a kitchen so you can have snacks or even a birthday party. And free coffee for the parents. You can’t beat it!
