Beware of this agency. Michael comes off as a very nice person but in truth is the opposite. Myself and 2 others contracted with him to audit his charts and help him to pass CHAPS survey so he could get his Medicare # and become licensed. He did not pay us for the work that done. He paid part of the money owed and then ignored multiple phone calls and text messages for the balances owed. As he said he found people to work for a cheap. We gave him our time and were not fully compensated. We traveled from Boston to Chelmsford on the weekends to go over the mess that was the documentation he had and we were robbed for the work we did. He is far from trustworthy.
