Came here for the first time the other day because of the reviews and how many people have recommended this place to me! But I got to say I am very disappointed. Although the lady who did my nails was very polite and kind, my gel manicure was horrible. The nail polish was all over my cuticles, it was uneven and bubbly, and my nails were filed horribly. I left very unhappy and had to have them redone somewhere else.

I came here for a simple gel manicure, but left with bleeding cuticles and uneven nail polish. After my gel was dry, the manicurist used a drill on the clear coat to correct a mistake. I left unimpressed and my polish is starting to peel and snag (on every nail) only 4 days after my visit. I came because of the reviews but I’ll most definitely never be going back.

I love this place! So clean and professional and the women do great work! They are attentive and friendly.

I just started getting my nails done regularly and sparkle nails is a great salon. All the staff is incredibly nice and their work is tedious. They also have great prices and a great atmosphere! I always walk in with no appointment and no matter how busy they are they always get me in within 10 minutes!

I’ve been going here for about a year now (since I moved to the area) and I love it here! They always do a great job. They have by far the most gel polishes I’ve seen as well as matching regular polish for your toes. :) Their manicures last much longer than any other place I’ve been and their prices aren’t too bad. Very happy I found Sparkle Nails!

I’ve been going here since the summer time, and after living in Chelmsford for 4 years, I regret not going sooner. Hands down the best gel manicure always!

Tina and team — thank you for making our gurl time sooo perfect. We were pampered from our toes to our fingers and loved every minute of it. The place was sparkling clean, the job was well done and the team very friendly. We had a mani pedi done for 4 people with very different tastes and Sparkle nails had such a wide selection of colors and services! Highly recommended!!!

I recently started going here when my previous salon closed. In a pinch and with a guest I saw someone different than who I would normally like to see. My guest I took with me was done a bit before me and paid before I did. She tipped 20% of the cost of the service which was apparently not satisfactory to the person who did her nails who then came back to the table showed the tip to the girl doing my nails and said something which I’m assuming was not nice in another language as she put the tip in her drawer. So disgusting and unprofessional. I almost said something but did not want to make the person I was with embarrassed or feel bad as she is unaware of what went on. I’m not sure this is a place I would like to go back as I am so utterly disgusted by what happened today. Which is very unfortunate as I like the salon a lot and the girl who usually does my nails is wonderful. However now I can’t be so sure that the same is not done to me when I walk away from the table. Being someone in the service industry I expect more then that especially if you are being tipped the customary 20 percent.

On Sunday, March 9^th, I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. for a gel manicure. I got the worst manicure of my life. Let me tell you my issues.
1. I wanted my nails cut down and even. They were cut down but none are the same length.
2. I wanted my nails shaped round — some were done round, some square and one was pointed.
3. Next the technician filed my nail beds down and then used the grinder to file them down even more.
4. My nails are so thin they break at the slightest touch to anything. My nail beds hurt because they are so thin.
5. Finally, the tech used regular nail polish NOT gel as I asked for and charged me $ 15.00 for the worst manicure of my life. $ 15.00 is the most I’ve ever paid for a regular manicure. Normally I pay $ 10.00
I will never come back to Sparkle Nails and I will be sure to tell me friends not to go there.

I am very picky when it comes to my nails. but Alina here is a perfectionist!!! The salon is beautiful and clean. They have a great selection of polishes. The staff is professional and friendly.
Alina did a great job with my nails. She helped me decide on the color and shape but most importantly. My gel manicure lasted 3 WEEKS!!! amazing… I’ll definitely be back ;)

First visit to Sparkle Nails for pedicures and I will definitely return. This was a wonderful surprise. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The pedicure was among the best I’ve experienced, and defintiely worth the price. My new favorite in Chelmsford!

Great place and really cute. Very nice people and clean workstations. Loved the design on my nails as well :)

First visit to Sparkle Nail, won’t be my last. Friendly attentive staff, had a great pedicure. She took her time, wasn’t rushed at all and the price was better than the other shops in town. Calm and inviting atmosphere too.
