Went here at 7 on a sat night. Asked for a SIM card, guy said they wouldn’t sell me one, and was kind of a jerk about it. My brother told me not to go to this store because of how bad their service is and he was right. I ended up going to the Apple Store and getting one for free. They were actually helpful, what a concept.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. My phone got some water damage the night before my husband was deployed. So I drove an hour to this store in hopes that they could either fix it or help get it replaced so that I was not left at home alone with 2 babies and no phone. The assistant manager was RUDE and sent me out of the store crying! He couldnt fix it so he basically gave it back and said too bad. Would not even help me get it replaced and offered no help AT ALL, even after being explained the situation twice. I am actually switching carriers becayse after this experience I want NOTHING to do with Sprint anymore. DO NOT go to this store!

Super helpful staff. Tall skinny guy definitely knew what he was talking about. Very knowledgeable. I’ve been to the store on plain St and they are a scam and a half. They illegally sell used cell phones. The guy couldn’t even give me a receipt. They put insurance on it and sent me to this store because they have techs. Like don’t sell me a broken phone then give me a run around.
This is the only store I’ll ever go to

Stop in for quick purchase…
Me: «Hi, I want to buy a lightning cord».
Him: «They are on the wall. Android or iPhone?»
Me: «I phone, thank you.»
Go to register, wait while he figures out which register to use.
Him: «Phone number please?»
Me: (?)” um, ok… XXX-​XXX-​XXXX“
Him: «First name?»
Me: «What do you need all this information for?»
Him: No response, no eye contact
Me: (?)
Him: «We take this information in case something needs to be returned».
Me: «So I can’t return it without giving this information?»
Him: «Well, sometimes people buy $ 10,000 worth of equipment.»
Me: «But I am buying a power cord…»
Manager: «Well, it’s just a procedure that’s been in place for like 15 years».
Me: «Well, you might want to discuss changing it.»
Manager: Cold, icy stare.
If I am ever one of the those people spending $ 10,000, it won’t be here.

Unbelievably unsatisfied with the customer service at this location. After an initial hiccup due to an inept associate when setting up my account, I had to come in to the store multiple times, in addition to calling Sprint Customer Service while at home, to attempt to rectify the situation. The staff was generally unhelpful and flippant about trying to find a solution. Not to mention, the music was blasting in the store and it was difficult to carry on a conversation with the staff, not that they could really do anything to fix my issue. Without a doubt, I will no longer bring my business to this store and I would discourage anyone looking for a quality customer service experience to look elsewhere.

My wife brought my daughter’s broken cell phone to this location. After a two hour visit, she found out that the phone was unrepairable. The tech told her that she could purchase the insurance plan and that she would get a refurbished phone the next day (Sunday). We called on Sunday and the employee told us that they do not get phones on Sundays. On Monday, we called and spoke with the manager. The tech who talked to my wife was «unavailable». We then found out that the phone order was never placed! After contacting Sprint Customer Service, we were told that the tech was actually trying to sell us the most expensive plan that we didn’t even need. Won’t step foot in this place again!

This place is a borderline scam. As soon as I walked in, both employees were up my ass pushing the iPhone 6 and all the new contract options. Then they tried to charge me over $ 400 for an upgrade to an iPhone 5C when I was eligible for a $ 50 upgrade. When I questioned them, they spouted off a bunch of BS that made no sense, including that the «computer system was down (lol classic!) and again tried to push one of those also borderline scammy phone lease plan contracts all the major providers are doing now.
After about 15 minutes of wasted time, I went to the Plain St. location and was in and out in less than 10 minutes and happy. The guy there even said they get complaints about the Drum Hill location all the time. It’s a wonder they are still open honestly.
Not even worth trying this place. Like the other guy said, its not a Sprint Corporate store.

Do your homework in advance when visiting this store. I came here with a friend who had and who was looking at very specific devices and plans. He was given incorrect information about a specific phone not once but twice regarding the availability of the phone and how long it has been in market. From other sources I have checked, this is not a Sprint corporate store but a franchise.
The store itself is large, maybe too large. It has an awful lot of wasted space, and not necessarily enough staff. There were only 2 on the floor, and the one who eventually talked to us had to apologize several times before actually being available to answer questions. What’s really telling is that there were only 4 customers in the store.
I don’t want to say you can’t get a good deal here — if the phone you want is in stock, you have a fighting chance. It just did not go well here. We may try the Sprint store on Plain St. instead.
