Where have you moved to??? Went to the store and there is no information.

Time passes…6 weeks later… Wife drops her iPad again BUT the screen is fine however the iPad won’t turn on. Went back to the store. Employee says that it’s probably a loose battery inside shaken loose from the drop. Says it’ll cost $ 29 and it’ll be repaied in 3 hours — stop back.
Went back in 3 hours and the tech was right.

I brought my 5^th gen iPod here to get the clickwheel replaced. Basically, some of the buttons were no longer working. It was an expensive repair, cost me $ 80 total. I wouldn’t have cared about that, had it been done right and fixed without any issues within the time frame provided. I was told it could take a week by an associate at the Salem, NH store (now out of business) where I dropped it off. This almost made sense, since they had to order the part. Why they wouldn’t have it in stock to begin with puzzled me, but I accepted the 1 week time frame.
1 week passed, no calls (even though I was told I’d be called if it was going to take longer), nothing. I called the store and was told my iPod had been brought to the Chelmsford location. Odd, but whatever, I just wanted it fixed. I got my iPod back around 11 days later. The clickwheel was fixed but all of my music had been deleted. Mind you, I had specifically asked for the original contact person I had to make sure my music wasn’t deleted because I had a recent hard drive failure and my iPod was my last backup for my music. So I brought my iPod home with «Krystyna’s» music on it now and all of my music, fairly frustrated. After 4 – 5 hours of trying to get my 13,000+ songs back, I had lost around 3 – 4 thousand songs total, had to restore my iPod to factory defaults, had all sorts of issues with getting «Krystyna’s» music off of it. Whatever, at least I had about 75% of my music back on the iPod and could resume listening to it.
Wrong. Within a day, all of a sudden, my LCD was completely white and would not show anything. I tried restoring it, tried all the instructions from online forums, and determined I had to bring it back to the store for repair. All along, I could have just done the initial repair myself, but I really didn’t want to waste my time taking the iPod apart because I work a lot and just wanted someone else to deal with it. I’ve replaced batteries and screens in the past, and it really isn’t difficult, I was just being lazy and wanted someone else to take care of it for me. I didn’t want to order parts and I wanted it done ASAP. This was a big mistake.
I called up and had to argue with someone on the phone about them fixing what they had broken while repairing my clickwheel. I wanted to make sure it would be done free of charge, and had to almost force a response out of my contact at the store that it would be done free of charge. Them: «We’ll look at it.» Me: «free of charge, right? I’ve already paid 80 $ and a new one costs 249 $» Them: «Well have to take a look at it, I can’t guarantee anything»
Anyway, eventually I got them to agree to look at it free of charge. When I dropped it off for a second time, I made sure to explicitly and repeatedly tell them to not delete my music again. I asked the person at the desk to please notate on my «slip» to not delete my music again because it had taken me so long to get it back to working condition after the last time I had dropped it off. Eventually, I went back picked my iPod up, saw that the screen was working again, and yet again, all of my music had been deleted. At least this time, I didn’t have «Krystyna’s» music on it. It had 500 songs on it which had no titles and I couldn’t get it to play anything when I picked it up. I assumed «Eh, ill take it home, put my music on it, and then it’ll work again.»
Wrong again.
I brought it home, uploaded all of my music onto it, and now, the screen and clickwheel worked, but VIOLA! The sound didn’t work anymore. At all. Tried 3 – 4 different headphones, restored, etc etc, nothing. No sound. Now mind you, I’ve already driven from NH to Chelmsford repeatedly at this point, have wasted 10+ hours of my life trying to get my iPod fixed, sat in traffic for hours, and now I get it home and the sound doesn’t work. Amazing. Oh, and to top it off, the case was beat to hell at this point, didn’t look like it was put back together correctly at all (large gaps around the edges, dents, new scratches, etc). I also talked to a technician who told me that iPods «weren’t meant to be taken apart» and that’s why it looked the way it did (it’s incredibly simple with a plastic putty knife, but whatever).
I called them again, they took a look at it, took about 5 days, and FINALLY, my iPod worked again. This is after about 5 – 6 40+ mile trips and countless hours of my time had already been wasted, AND to top it all off, I paid 80 $ for this service. They replaced the back panel of my iPod with some spare part they had laying around, which I really didn’t care much about; I just wanted my iPod to work.
Overall, I would never, EVER go to this place for anything, ever again. I have a feeling they will be going out of business shortly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You’re better off just doing your own repair yourself using YouTube videos. Don’t be lazy like me, just go somewhere else or do it yourself.

My power button was stuck on my iphone 4s — 2^nd time. First time I went to a local shop near me Marlboro — they had my phone for half a day and it worked… but not very well. I called Wireless EMT — they told me to bring it in and it’d take 2 hours or less and $ 70. Needless to say — I dropped it off at 11:45 and it was done quickly and for the price quoted. And the button feels like new! Never mind they warranty their work for 90 days — sold. Great experience.

Great repair job on my iPad3. Work was does fast and well. Service was excellent and they delivered what they promised. Highly recommend.

Long story short: My phone worked, the LCD did not. Went to T-​Mobile to transfer the data — they couldnt do it with a blank screen. Tried the Geek Squad at Best Buy — no go. Had an engineer friend try taking the dang thing apart and even he was unsuccessful. I had lost hope but I decided to try Wireless EMT.
Elias was efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done for what i wanted (just a backup of my data — pictures, texts, contacts). He was extrememly patient and made sure all of my data came through.
Their prices are definitely competitive (Mega Mobile in Boston said they could do this for $ 50) but Wireless only charged me $ 30 for the work performed. I am thrilled I didnt lose all my pictures — but I will definitely back them up to the SD card from now on.

The «home» button on my iphone4 stopped working and I was almost sure it was a mechanical issue. Repair isn’t really very hard but most normal people don’t want to deal with the 50 screws required to disassemble an iphone. I looked around at various places that you can ship your iphone to for repair and almost did that. Then I found Wireless EMT in Chelmsford. It’s a couple of young guys in a storefront and all they do is fix stuff like this. Prices are competitive with anything else you’ll find. I dropped my phone off on the way to work and picked it up at lunch. It cost about $ 80 and it works great. If you have broken the glass on your screen they can also fix that.
