Pretty bad experience with this company overall. More or less every interaction I had with them was negative. A brief overview: 1) Original agent was fired by the owner. 2) Failure to proactively find tenants. Had to find my own. 3) Poor communication in general. 4) Failed to comply with contractual obligation to provide monthly statements 5) Failure to respond to tenants in a timely manner when contacted. 6) Poor follow through in general.
I canceled my property management contract with them a month ago and request my key be turned to me. The owner mailed a key back, but it was not for my house! I have been trying to correct this issue for over a month, with no progress. At this point, they will not return either my phone calls or emails. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING…
