If you like hit or miss coffee, this place is for you. Mostly miss. Coffee made wrong, taste like battery acid, slow stupid employees, etc. And as all dunkins with drive thru, the
customers in the cars come before the line of people extending in the street. It’s their location brings in walk in traffic. It’s beyond me why people drive here.

The service here was very quick and concise, it’s towards the end of the day. So a lot of cleaning up but the staff is very nice. They have a real good drive thru, very fast but you still have to thoroughly explain what you want. Because sometimes they will not get your order correctly, but no matter what that does tend to happen at every dunks I’m Chelsea.

40 degrees. Out and is that the Air conditioner on? Was absolutely freezing in dining room. I know there’s a 30 minute limit on the dining area but having just come from the doctor’s it would have been nice to enjoy my meal instead of freezing to death

Dropped into Dunkin Donuts this morning to grab some coffee and donuts and was surprised at the service and quality. The staff was phenomenal, got our huge order correct without asking any questions, and the coffee was delicious. This was a great decision and will be my local go to.
