Five Guys Burgers and Fries

My burger of choice is double patty bacon cheeseburger with grilled jalepenos, mushrooms, and onions and ketchup. The Cherry Shake is tasty too. Fries are good as well. I found the hired help to be friendly. This place has always been consistent for the 4 – 5 times I have been there.

My favorite place for delicious, fresh, «fast food»! I love their little bacon cheese burgers. The great customer service i encounter here everytime always leaves me feeling like a valued consumer. The peanuts are a plus, i enjoy snacking on them as i wait for my order, which doesn’t take long by the way. Each burger is made to order fresh on the grill you can’t go wrong for the price!

I’ve been to this Five Guys a few times and it was fair, but today it was an epic fail. I ordered a little patty with onions, mustard, and pickles, which consisted of more onions than burger. But, the kicker is when I was ordering they actually allowed people to sit their dog on a table in a restaurant where food is served. ON THE TABLE. Clearly not a service dog, just a dog on the table. This is unacceptable and I will not be back.

I love the bacon cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap, fresh tasty and great for a hangover but with less guilt. The staff is bleh, not very polite and pretty unprofessional but it is fast food and high school kids so you can’t ask for quality service. This place is also very clean and they staff is constantly cleaning and sweeping. Near a Marshall’s and Market Basket so it’s a great bit to grab when running errands. Also the Cajun fries are a must.

If your cashier has to asks you to repeat your order numerous times your music is waaaaay to loud. The volume of the music makes the experience unpleasant, you don’t have to shut it off, but you should be able to have a conversation with the person at your table.
Every time I get a burger there it is smashed in the foil wrapper, the bun is indistinguishable from the rest of the items.

I must say, when I looked at the name of the burger joint, I didn’t want to eat there. The name just doesn’t turn on at all. Anyway, my significant other ate there had some leftovers and gave some to me. After I had the leftovers I was so pleased I have a hard time staying away from this type of food. Wendy’s was my number one location but now Five Guys is my number one location there just a little bit too pricey for me. But that doesn’t stop me from eating this amazing cheap food. Not cheap not this location but you know fast food style

I love going to Five Guys, because no one can disagree with the fact that they have some of the best burgers and fries that there is to offer. The Five Guys in Chelsea gave me the same experience I would have anywhere else, great burger, boatload of fries, and the freedom to choose whatever drink combination I want. I enjoyed it, and I even took peanuts to go.

Very fast and friendly service. Portions were huge. We had the hamburger and fries. Everything was fresh and was delicious. Only thing is the fries were too salty and we couldn’t finish them. Large selection of iced teas and sodas. Music was a bit loud which made conversation rather difficult. Overall was very impressed and would go back but would ask for little salt on the fries.

With each bite I could feel my health and well being declining. The grease and excessive salt sapped all of my strength. It has been six months since I ate here and I am just getting back to 100%.
Consider this wisely before putting yourself at risk.

Have been coming to this place since it opened. Only recently did I notice the activity at the cook top. I guess he was new and was being trained on cooking the patties. Saw him press the life out of the patties as they cooked. When I received my burger, I wasn’t surprised to find it bone dry. Fortunately, the toppings helped kept it from becoming a choke hazard. Maybe this was an isolated incident, but if he’s being trained to cook their patties, I’m going to be increasingly suspicious of the quality of my burger. He’s breaking a cardinal burger grilling rule — don’t squeeze the juices out of it! Fries and soda fountain are still the best. Would I go back? Sure, but every time I get a dry burger, it makes me have second thoughts.

Wow i loved this place. Everything from the service to the food was nothing but great! I went in last week to grab a burger and I realized then just how much I really missed out on working down the road from this establishment. I would recommend getting the bacon on it! My kids loved the suprise!!! Thank you five guys!

Yes yes yes! I love this place. I ordered take out last Saturday and everything we ordered should be called delicious. Our order was huge. I had about 8 – 10 people to order for. We had both French fries and they are were tasty. We also has an array of cheeseburgers bacon, the works and then plain burgers. All of them were perfectly cooked and put together great! The soda machine is amazing while I was waiting I had to try that bad boy out lol. The customer service was absolutely perfect the group was extremely pleasant and friendly. The music playing in the place wasn’t loud. But let’s be honest here, the prices are a bit high for the sizes of the burgers that would be my only negative remark about this place other than that it was all prefect and the wait time was short and had a few laughs with the people that work here!

These burgers are just as good as tasty burger, if not better. The cajun fries are also amazing!
— The burger patties taste meaty and very juicy — definitely a good thing. Quick note: their regular burgers/​cheeseburgers have TWO meat patties each! If you want a single patty, go for the little burger/​little cheeseburger.
— If you’re not sure which toppings to go for, go for their «all-​the-​way» — it comes with grilled onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce, mustard, mayo, and pickles, and makes for a solid choice.
— Their cajun fries are a teeny bit spicy and really good; I recommend it over their regular flavor.
— Their fries servings are HUGE! They’ll often dump a cup of fries in your bag before refilling the cup with more fries and placing it in the bag.
— Like every Five Guys, they have unlimited, free peanuts for you to munch on while you wait for your burgers.
— They also have touch-​screen Coke machines at this location where you can select from over a hundred different flavors of soda!
If you’re passing by this location, definitely stop for their burgers!

This five star review is purely for Nancy. When both coke machines tasted «off» she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we were happy. She was extremely knowledgable, polite and gracious. We are very grateful for her fantastic service!

Sure Five Guys might just be the best fast food burger in Greater Boston. They do one thing and they do it well. It would be nice if they made an effort to do a veggie burger instead of the grilled cheese they try to pass off as one.
Don’t feel bad about ordering the Junior burgers. One patty is usually enough for me. All the regular burgers are automatically doubles. I order mine with mushrooms and bacon. These folks have cooking bacon down to an art. This might be the best burger bacon I have ever had. It is crispy like a potato chip.

Loud, overpriced, and the food was just alright. Personally, I’d take In N’ Out over 5 Guys any day.

Thought it was a bit over priced !! But gotta say that bacon cheese burger was great! came with onion /​mushrooms !!
Was so good compared to other fast food restaurants ! Would have have them five stars but the prices were high!

Also like that you could mix and match the drinks ! You serve how you like it !! Sprite and orange was different !!

I had all these images of what these burgers would taste like… and so I finally went & it was good but I was expecting this Big, Huge Burger and it wasnt really that… It was good, but it was just of average (kinda small) size.
The cajun fries are way too seasoned to the point they are almost unenjoyable because they are too salty/​seasoned…
Love that they have the Coke Freestyle because Grape Sprite is my new fave… Would go again & maybe try somthing different!
