Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

I noticed that this new frozen yogurt place opened up and thought of trying it. I had a great experience. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They have so many great flavors to choose from and all the toppings were fresh. I would highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back!

The frozen yogurt itself are okay. Can’t say it was the best. But let me start off with the customer service. During the evening, my fiancé & I entered orange leaf and we were not greeted. They only gave us a stare. We entered the place as though no one was working; there were only 2 employees present and they looked as if they hated their job. Since they didn’t greet us, we decided to say, «Hi, how are you?» and yet no response from them. We ignored the awkward moment and just kept on walking to pick our servings. There were few frozen yogurt flavors I liked. But, when it comes for toppings, forget about it. After taking one bite of each selected fruits that I have purchased, the texture and the taste tasted really bad. It tasted as if they were expired. I wasted my money over the toppings that were not fresh and I had to throw most of them away. Sadly, the orange leaf in Salem is way better. Worth driving 30min to Salem than walking 5 min to the one in Chelsea.
Couple days later, I gave Orange Leaf in Chelsea a second chance. This time, I went during the day and it was a different employee. She was by herself and she greeted me with a smile. Just for that, I am happy (Which is why I only gave 2 stars). However, when it comes for the toppings again, it did not impress me at all. I thought I was unlucky that I came on the day when the fruits were stale. Turned out it will always be stale. Sorry, but not sorry.

Get your frozen yogurt somewhere else. Overpriced and doesn’t even taste good. My toppings didn’t taste good at all, graham cracker topping tasted stale. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

Better bring som serious cash! It was nothing special but expensive! I brought $ 30 for 4 yogurts and it came to $ 44! There is no scale but by the register so it is a complete surprise when you go to pay! That was my first and last time going there!
