PreFlight Airport Parking

I really can’t recommend this place enough. The price was relatively reasonable. I booked and paid beforehand so that the price was a little lower. It came out to $ 17 a day, which is a bit cheaper than the airport’s economy lot. It was easy to find the lot and the shuttle was waiting right in front of our car when we parked so it really was door-​to-​door service. The shuttle got us to the airport in a matter of minutes, so it took almost no time from the moment we parked to the moment we arrived at the airport. Getting back to the lot was super easy too. The shuttle was waiting for us when we got to it and we left immediately for the lot after getting on. We were then dropped off right next to our car in the lot. I was amazed. I’ve taken a lot of shuttles before and oftentimes there’s a long wait time or they’re super crowded or hard to find, etc. I had none of those problems with this one. I’ll definitely be using PreFlight Airport Parking the next time I fly out of Boston.

So awesome and convenient! Our car was safe on our trip to Detroit, and it’s significantly cheaper than airport parking. The shuttles picked us up within moments each way and the drivers were friendly and helped with our luggage.

We have been using preflight regularly for a few years and it is always a pleasant and efficient experience. Probably faster than parking in airport lots because the buses take you right to your car. We have never waited more than 2 – 3 minutes for a shuttle. This last trip my husband left the lights on in the car – for a week! Our car was completely dead but thankfully this only delayed us about 5 minutes because the shuttle driver went to pickup jumper cables and jump started our car and we were on our way with almost no delay. Great service and we will continue to be loyal customers.

Great friendly service on the shuttles! My boyfriend even complimented one of the drivers was the nicest driver he ever had (On 12÷11÷15 at 1:30am)! The shuttle drivers were helpful providing you with your location reminder sheet to give to your next driver once you return. This sheet is helpful as the next driver will know where to bring you! This was about a 10 minute drive to the airport which was not bad at all. At first, when we parked we weren’t sure if the shuttle would be coming to our car, even though signs were listed that they would. We began walking to the shuttle and it came for us, but he did confirm he was coming to pick us up. Once we returned back from our trip we went to the courtesy shuttle area and I contacted PreFlight. The shuttle was here within a couple of minutes (another customer might have called as well). All in all, we did not have to wait long. I prepaid for parking online as I noticed it was about $ 10 cheaper but lost my print out. I showed the rep of my e-​mail confirmation and she scanned it from there. Also, I didn’t get a chance to add my frequent parker card so I e-​mailed Preflight (
) and they responded within 24 hours that they attached it. This parking lot is very large and seems very secure. If I ever need to fly out of Boston again, I will be parking here!

Great experiences. It makes travel easier. The people are friendly, helpful and efficient. While walking to the pickup point late at night, the driver stopped and picked us up. Helped us get our luggage into the car. I like this place.

They do as good a job, if not better than Park N fly, across the river. I used park n fly for years, but find PreFlight to have slightly better facilities, equipment and a better trained staff. However, in a pinch, I’d use either. I’ve probably used them for five years, used park n fly for 15. I always forget to use my card to accumulate points. Which it was automated part of my account. The online reservations work well.
The only thing that they don’t have is an app for WINDOWS PHONE. Count me as one of the unlucky one who has to wait till I get a landline.

Do NOT use this service! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I called and confirmed I was at A terminal. I watched the shuttle pass by terminal A twice after having waited for 45 minutes. I called the office 5 times and they kept saying the shuttle was coming, then put me on hold to double check, then confirmed it was coming again. After I had waited for 1 hour, the office stopped answering the phone. The shuttle finally arrived full of passengers an hour after I originally called. I told the driver I had been waiting for over an hour, and he very rudely said I could bring it up with a manager. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Absolutely TERRIBLE interface with Massport and Logan airport! We parked and took shuttle to airport. 3 days later we return at modnight and follow airport signs to economy parking shuttle. 20 min later we are taken to wrong parking lot. Driver says we need to return to airport, go UP escalator and take bus 77. We do it. No signs, markings or phone. State trooprer, waved down, calls around and tells us we are in the right place. Bus 77 comes. Now 12:45 am. He says that it is the wrong bus! He drops us at an unmarked location to cross dark unsigned highway to fenced in weeded lot. Now after 1:30 am. We walk pulling luggage until we get to preflight lot.
We find our car. We tell them what happened. We are charged an extra day for getting there late.
Massport and Preflight need to get their act together.

Have used this Airport Parking service several times in the last 4 – 5 years. They never disappoint — I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a ride either way. They are friendly, courteous and the price is much better than parking at Logan.

Excellent option for airport parking. Easy to find, no traffic problems coming from the NS on a Monday morning. Easy in and out and fast shuttle service to and from airport. So much better then another service I used before.

I’ve parked here many years.
Price is good. On departure, always picked up at the car within a minute, and then dropped off at the gate. On arrival, rarely wait more than 2 – 5 minutes for a pickup at the airline curb, and then fairly quickly dropped off back at my car 15 – 25 minutes later.
Only exceptions where when they were fixing the bridge (which took years!) or when a gas tanker is moving and the bridge is up congesting traffic throughout that area. It does not occur too often.
Logan’s central parking stinks – expensive and LONG walks dragging luggage. PreFlight in contrast is less expensive and MUCH easier for you!!!
(tip-​you SHOULD join the frequent parking program-​earn free nights and get GUARANTEED spots, even when they are «full»)

Follow up to management note:
I did receive the credit. I do not know, however, if I received the points for this trip. I received a notice saying I was awarded 250 miles for a flight, so I am assuming I did (the trigger for the email). I prefer points toward parking, if it is either one or the other.
Is it typical for the bridge to be up at midnight, and if so, does that explain waiting for 30 minutes? I don’t know how long the bridge actually takes. Feel free to leave your email address if you’d like to correspond offline.

I have been using preflight for many, many years. I put up with the occasional grumpy driver and useless management for cheap rates, convenience and a rewards program.
Sadly, the rates have climbed, rewards have worsened and on my most recent trip, I had inexcusably bad service.
For my departing flight, I was running late, so in a hurry. I realize it’s not ideal for their budget to take a sole passenger to the airport, but driving around aimlessly in hopes of snagging one more guest you can’t find when I’ve said I’m late and there are other buses circling is unnecessarily stressful.
My arriving flight landed at 12 midnight, so I called as I hit the sidewalk, knowing they sometimes need to be notified at that hour. I was told «couple minutes» on numerous calls. It took over 25 for them to pick me up. The bus was full because they clearly weren’t running them.
I was the last to be dropped at my car, so I had over 6 cars in front of me at the exit. When I complained about the ridiculous wait time, I was told it was because the bridge was up. Really? At midnight? I asked about an alternate route and he said there wasn’t a good one. That bridge was closed years ago and it took a lot less than 25 min to get to the airport with that alternate route. I don’t buy it. I also let the supervisor know that expectations are everything. If the bridge is up, why say «couple more minutes» and «he’s at terminal A… give him 2 more minutes» just for me to wait 15 more?
Lastly, I left and checked my receipt… Yup. Overcharged. I called right back as I was driving away and was promised a credit. We will see if that ever shows up. My credit card shows the charge already, but not the credit.
It’s 2:20 and I’m safely home after landing at midnight. This whole process used to take an hour, including drive time. It also used to be cheap.
I gave 0 stars for tonight and 4 for many years of decent service — netting out to 2 stars. Grrrr

We parked our truck here while we went away on our honeymoon. Huge parking lot– thankfully they give you a ticket with where your car is located. Prompt shuttle to the airport, but we did have to wait awhile for the shuttle to come pick us up from Logan when we returned from our honeymoon. I will admit that it was late (2am) but there were 2 other families waiting with us to get their cars from the same lot. I definitely would recommend using preflight to park instead of Logan since it’s cheaper– especially if you prepay and use a coupon.

I never expected such great service. I called a couple of times to clarify my pick up location etc. and every staff member knew exactly what they were talking about. They could not have made it easier. The shuttle was extremely prompt, the drivers were really friendly and helpful. It was cheaper then airport parking and the shuttles ran more frequently. The only thing you need to watch out for is getting stuck at the Chelsea St. Bridge. Leave yourself an extra 20 minutes just in case.

I’ve been parking here for over 20 years. Very easy access to and from the airport. I’d recommend joining the frequent park program (1) and prepay (2) as you’ll save the most money and also guaranteed a parking spot.
Note — late arrivals, after 10 or 11pm, might require a call to ensure bus frequency. I have only had an issue a hand full of times.
(1) — this guarantees parking spot no matter what and you can earn frequent parking points or airline miles
(2) — save the most money and not required to prepay the entire trip. Any portion can be prepaid so forgetting isn’t an issue.

We’ve been using Preflight Parking for 20 years (it used to be called something else). They have always been prompt going in both directions. The rates are fair. I would recommend being a Frequent Parker because of the money you’ll save.

I discovered information about this parking lot on Unilocal.I booked a reservation and was a little worried since my reservation was for 4 AM and every term flight at about 2 AM if you days later.
Needless to say, I was not disappointed whatsoever. We were picked up at our vehicle within a few minutes of arrival, and delivered to our terminal. The ride was quick, although the driver was a little bit rough on the turns on the big bus shuttle.
The return trip was a little bit longer as we had to wait for a second shuttle, since the first one was full. But the waiting area outside of the Southwest terminal had an area you could sit and stay warm. We waited about 10 minutes outside, and a shuttle pick us up and return to us directly to our vehicle in the lot.
We prepaid so when we checked out it was very easy and it was less than $ 16 per day. I highly recommend you prepay online and make a reservation.

I have been a long time customer and managed to find them when the Chelsea draw bridge was under construction. Recent issues with bridge openings have convinced me to look elsewhere for airport parking. Last month on the way from the south, the bridge was open and I turned around and went up 1A the back way and when I arrived the bridge was still open. The van was full and continued to load people and waited for the bridge to close, leading a stressful dash to the gate. Sunday the bridge was open. I watched 4 Park and Fly vans pass and called. The answer was the bridge was up they would be there soon. 4 Park and Fly’s later they arrived.
My issue is that they should have contingency plans that use the two alternate routs available. Until they can assure reasonable client service they have lost my business.
