I was referred. A big name company came out 3 x. All they wanted to do was sell me new units. Each tech had a different story. Still didn’t fixed. Wrong diagnosis each time. On central air units.
Cape Air came in looked at the issues found the problem and fixed the problem. Didn’t try to oversell me on services.
These guys are worth a call.

I can highly recommend Cape Air. In June of 2014, I had them install two central air conditioning systems in my South Philly row home. The first job was a single day mini split system, and then a few weeks later they came back to install a traditional system with brand new duct work. I was thoroughly impressed with their work ethic, cleanliness, and professionalism. Deon and his crew are kind and incredibly respectful, always wearing shoe covers or removing shoes in the house. More importantly, they take the extra time to do things the correct way, and explain the best way to do something. This is why I originally went with Cape Air. Nothing they do is rushed just to get it done.
After the central air systems, they came back a few months later to reroute hot water radiator lines. Again, they impressed us with their hard work and efforts to do things the correct way.
I cannot recommend these guys enough. Nice guys that really know their stuff. In a world with horrible and shady contractors, it was a pleasant surprise to find these guys.

This company was recommended to me by neighbors who’d had an excellent experience with them installing mini-​split air conditioning units in their South Philadelphia row house. When I decided to air condition my home with the same mini-​split systems, I took my neighbor’s advice and called them.
I spoke with Deon, one of the brothers who runs the business. He came to see my house within a few days, sent me a quote that same day, and I had them install four indoor units and two outside compressors in my row home. Throughout the process they were wonderful. They were honest, always on time, and worked from early until late each day to do as much as they could. I’ve rarely seen contractors who show up at 9am and are still working hard at 7pm. Truly amazing.
They gave me an accurate and complete quote, their price was very competitive, they knew how long their work would take (my job was 4 full days of install), and they were responsive to requests and questions at any time — before, during, and after the installation.
I’m really glad I decided to have them do my air conditioning installation. And I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs to retrofit an older row house with air conditioning. They know their stuff.
It’s challenging to find great contractors these days. So when I find someone who’s really good, I want other people to know about them. And you’ll thank me if you decide to use Cape Air!

I had to actually add these guys to Unilocal to get the word out on how great they are. My fiancé and I recently had them add a radiator to our house c.a. 1800’s. We also had them convert us from oil to gas. The whole process was great! Their pricing is better than anyone else we contacted. The work took as long as they quoted and also cost the precise price that they quoted us prior. Deon really knows his stuff and is a very nice guy. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work if you’re anywhere within the area.
