This place has been a solid go to place for cheap shoes in my size. I wear a size 12, and being broke 90% of the time leaves me with few options for shopping. Sure, I could go to Zappos or Nordstrom Rack if I want to throw down around $ 50, but sometimes I just want a cheap flat and Payless is clutch.
They usually have a good selection for size 12, which I really appreciate, and the prices can be pretty reasonable, especially during bogo or when I have a coupon.
The service here is ok. Some days it’s better than others, but I’ve never had any major problems.

The store appearance is clean but I found that the staff are not the least bit helpful.
I wanted to buy some clear jelly sandals for my daughter and I noticed that they only had a size 4, my daughter is a 5.
I asked a nearby staff member for some help and was told «i’ll be with you in a few seconds»
well.i waited a few seconds and no one came, I decided to look for the lady and noticed that she was attending other customers.
I decided to leave that minute.
This payless store is way understaffed. It takes forever to be helped and the staff aren’t too friendly
