This place was a major let-down. It has a pretty nifty appearance, and is located in a unique area where you would expect good eats. This, however, was not really the case. I ordered the bacon pancakes, a dish that I have ordered from many establishments with terrific results, but this was kind of pitiful. For bacon pancakes, you must must MUST use thick-cut bacon. This way, the inside of the pancakes are filled with substantial cubes of flavorful bacon, rather than, what this place did, which is use extremely thin bacon, so that there were only bland strips located sparsely throughout the pancake. It was several dollars more for basically no bacon flavor. This was disappointing, but by no means disgusting. The bigger issue was their willingness to serve me expired milk. I pointed out the expiration date on the bottle, and their excuse was, literally, that it was all they had. How about telling me that and not serving to me in the hopes that I just won’t notice? Furthermore, all that my complaints yielded was them taking the cost of the milk off the bill, that is all. I can’t really imagine visiting this place again.

I should have read the reviews first. This place is horrible. I can’t believe a pancake house uses bottle syrup. Need I say more… well, I can. Pancakes are like eating rubber. Servers are rude and the place is overpriced. Pass by this Pancake House. There are plenty others in the area.

Truly awful pancakes. Chewy and flavorless. Log Cabin maple syrup and Smuckers blueberry syrup, not even white-labeled. Eggs were prepared perfectly though(over easy). If you must go here, stick with eggs.

Good breakfast with fast and friendly service. Reasonably priced with a good southern-style breakfast. Would eat here again. Note: it is actually located at the intersection of 19 and 441.

Stopped here today with three hungry boys under 12 who were dying for food. We all had the buffet. Certainly nothing fancy, but not bad either. The boys all went back for 2, 3, and 4 plates off the buffet. Our server Waylon(?) was incredible. Seriously, I have dined in restaurants all over the world, and few were as friendly and helpful as him. Quick refills(when cups were half-full), dirty plates cleared quickly, and provided tips to save us money(like that the milk was just one little carton with no refills). All 3 boys raved about the food, and left satisfied. That is a successful dining out experience to me.

The place is only open a couple hours seems like a place for locals but the food here is horrible. Waitress dropped food on my husband and then just replaced the bacon that fell off his plate(Mistakes happen tho). The pancakes taste the same as McDonalds(Microwaveable). I had the pancakes and Grits. The Grits didnt have any taste I added pepper but nothing could help this pointless meal. The food is not worth it here. Please save your money.

This place is horrible. Service is terrible and food is bland and overpriced. I knew this was a bad idea when we walked into a ghost town of a restaurant. The old hag of a waitress was very curt and dismissive of us. Everything on the menu was overpriced. $ 8 for 3 pancakes with nothing else on it? The«buffet» costs $ 12 and consisted of eggs, sausage links, bacon, and grits. That’s it. And they look like they have been under the heat lamp for days. After she took our orders, we could see that the waitress and her staff were snickering as us «out of towners» from a distance. Why do you treat your customers this way? The food was bland, like I said. Everything looked like it came from a frozen package straight from the freezer. Almost inedible. The waitress took forever to refill my drink although we were only one of 3 parties in the entire restaurant. When the bill came, the waitress never came back around. After a while, my sister tried to hold the bill and credit card up in the air to get her attention to no avail. Finally, we had to walk to the waitress and ask to pay for the bill, which she then directed us to the cashier. Why not just tell us that from the beginning? Also, that bitch of a waitress refused to provide me with the wifi password. Worst restaurant experience ever.

I’d like to like this place, because the people running it do seem to be trying hard, but it’s just not good. The pancakes were flavorless. The bacon was not very tasty. The eggs were meh. This just was not good.

Our waitress was kind of nice. Otherwise nothing good to say about this place. Food was pretty bad. Place was dirty. $ 2.25 for coffee. $ 1.50 for a tiny can of apple juice. The busboy coming around every few minutes to clear our table made us feel rushed. Avoid this place and take 441 into Cherokee. The places in town would have to make a great effort to be worse thatn this place.

There’s better and there’s definitely worse. We were trying to find Peter’s Pancakes but finally gave up and went here. They have a breakfast buffet. I also ordered the blueberry pancakes. All pretty average but price was right.

If I found myself in Cherokee again I would sooner eat breakfast from the dumpster of another restaurant then have another meal here. Nothing about this place is good. The bathrooms are gross, the food even worse and the service worse then everything else. Even the bacon here is bad! How do you make bacon gross I don’t know but the cooks here have mastered it!

Absolutely the worst food I have ever ate in my life. How hard can making a pancake be? It was cold, bland, and rubbery. Eggs were horrid as well. Stay away from this place and read the google reviews as well!
