Food was not Fresh at all. My husband and I stopped here while on a small trip and the fries and the sandwich was cold. friendly workers but COLD food.

Worst Wendy’s service ever! The service was SLOW! Employees seemed to be poorly trained. Took us 15 min to order and we came in a 2:30 p.m. so it wasn’t even the afternoon rush.

I expect this Wendy’s to close soon very bad service, manager with a bad attitude. No customer service at al during the week 10⁄21 — 10⁄24. Made two attempts. Will no longer visit this location.

Stopped for a bite with parents. My order was fine but my parent’s order included in the combo diet cokes. They ran out of diet coke a 1130am. My mother asked for strawberry ice teas. The manager there didn’t know how to replace the drinks in the order. So we ended up paying for the drinks separately. We should have been given the drinks at no additional charge.

My third time to this place and its my last!!! I can forgive a messed up order once, even twice, but three times and you are out!!! Why can you repeat my order back correctly, show it on the screen correctly, and even have it on my receipt correctly but each and every time serve me the wrong food??? The first time you just forgot the fries alltogether, well, maybe I should have checked the bag before I left… The second time you gave me hamburgers in place of chicken burgers, alright, maybe I should have checked the wrappers instead of just looking inside the bag… This last time my hamburgers have cheese on them. Maybe I should have looked in the bag, opened them up, looked inside each of the buns before driving away… New management, less non-english speaking employees, a little bit of pride perhaps, by anyone??? Seriously I can’t be the only one with this problem at this place!
